In honour of Mother's Day, I am chatting with my number 1 fan, the first person to listen to the Shake Up Podcast each week and my most special guest so far, my mum.
There were unexpected tears… from both of us.
There were questions asked that I’d never asked Mum before. So we had conversations that we’d never had until right now - and it felt emotional and hilarious and special and all the feels. It was pretty great.
And as it's Mother's Day this coming Sunday - and after the tough few months that we have had (mum shares it in the episode) it felt like the perfect time to invite her on the podcast to have a chat. And I'm so glad I did.
