What Is Your Body Trying To Tell You?

In this episode I talk about what the physical body is trying to tell you through the discomfort or pain  you may be experiencing. This pain may be an indication that something needs to shift in your life, maybe a thought process, a way of being, or that you might be out of alignment from your natural state. The major areas that people experience discomfort are the neck, back, and shoulders, as well as the hips, knees and feet. I also include a few common chronic conditions as well: constipation and stomach issues, anxiety and depression.
