Christina Mychas is a Youtuber, entrepreneur, and pharmacist who explores emotional spending and self-development through a branch of minimalism she calls Minimalist-ish. A former shopaholic with over $120,000 in student loan debt, Christina realized she needed to change her emotional spending habits, and face the financial mess she always felt stuck in. Using principles of minimalism and radical self honesty, Christina was able to pay off all her debt in less than 6 years, and completely change her spending habits from impulsive to intentional. She is now working to help women heal their relationships with their shopping and their stuff to build the authentic & intentional life they want.
