Aaron has spent a career in SaaS working to increase revenues and reduce costs through operational processes across Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Data.

He got started in ParnterOps like pretty much everyone else - right place, right time, right project to make an internal shift and define a new role. He's continued to work in and around Partnership process and technology ever since.

In October 2022, he started 'Behind the SaaS' after being unexpectedly released for the first time in his career. He continued throughout his job search and now, along with this podcast, runs weekly office hours for Partnership Leaders and publishes a weekly newsletter via LinkedIn.
