Christina (X) Giordano

In this episode X speaks with Vivien Bang. Lei Musubi is a small, woman-owned business founded by Vivien (she/her), a Maryland native of Korean descent. She was raised in Georgia so everything she does has a touch of southern love! Vivien now serves up her favorite childhood snack to the D.M.V. area (aka DC, MD, & VA) where it's proven to be a big hit due to her new & unique approach! This adventure began when she introduced her recreated version to her friends & family. Soon after, she launched Lei Musubi on a whim in hopes of sharing her take on musubis with the rest of the world. The inspiration behind each musubi option comes from talented chefs from all walks of life, including her most inspirational figure, her umma (mother). Each hand crafted musubi is filled with umami goodness, packed with an abundance of flavor, & a tsunami of texture! With each bite, not only are you satisfying your taste buds, but you are also supporting local farmers & small businesses too.
