Hey everyone.  Welcome to the next episode of the Life isn’t Linear podcast.  Life isn’t Linear and neither is the journey.  But the goal is to keep making progress.

This episode is my first interview episode.  It is regarding an area that all of us who have an employer must deal with, Human Resources.  But what is it?

Today my guest will help provide a good understanding of what the department used to be , where it is now, and where it could be going.  There will also be tips and insights into how to navigate it.  I was surprised at all the things I learned.  I would encourage you to listen and take some notes.  I am grateful to Brent for taking is time to share his experiences and insights about an area of the job we all are a part of.  When someone has decades of experience in anything we should all be inclined to listen.
