On this week's episode, Will Gordon of THro Entertainment and Sports joins the show. We talk all about his work with municipal water treatment facilities, opening up an events business just in time for the pandemic, and how focusing on branding, the customer experience, and putting yourself in uncomfortable situations has helped his business not just survive, but thrive since overcoming the challenges of the pandemic.

Will is also a strong supporter and advocate of men's health, particularly the Movember charitable foundation and shares some insights in his own health journey, as well as some exciting news with an upcoming collaboration for both men's and women's health.

Will is also a Senior Municipal Designer at Trojan Technologies in London, Ontario, Canada. He is also the sole owner (now) of Thro Entertainment and Sports. THro features events where you can throw axes, knives, shovels, and even pizza cutters!

Just over a half hour into the episode, we get into a great conversation about putting yourself in uncomfortable situations, where Will mentions he has taken improv classes, and even joined Amway just to get out of his comfort zone.

There is a lot of really great tidbits for anyone in business, or looking at starting a business, especially if you're unsure how to create an epic customer experience.

Will is such a fascinating guy, and as I mention at the start, we've known each other for about 10 years and I've always enjoyed our conversations. He is a cool dude!
