Randy Chaffee has been around the Roofing Industry for over 4 decades. Like most sales reps, he focused on maximizing face to face meetings with customers from all across the country. But when the pandemic hit, he had to make a change.

This is what led to Randy embracing the use of social media, video, and virtual meetings, as a tool to stay in contact with even more people on a daily basis. Whether it is sharing a message, or an old barn building, Randy believes that adopting a social media presence, along with face-to-face meetings (in person) is how you win in today's world of sales. Thus, why he refers to himself as the "Hybrid Road Warrior".

In this episode, Randy shares how he utilizes videos to help explain quotes, how he utilizes LinkedIn to build more connections, and how he goes about posting a video almost every day of the year.

He is a true professional and even with the multiple technical difficulties (which I had to edit out), Randy stayed energized and positive all along the way. It was a true test to his character!
