Megan is a co-founder and CEO of Full Fat - one of the UKs leading creative communications agencies and current UK champion of Diversity & Inclusion. Passionate about business and mental health Megan and how marketing can have a powerful impact on human behaviour. Megan also hosts “2019s best new podcast” The Slice, has won Management Today 35 under 35 and is on the judging panel for this years PR Week 30 under 30 award. 


Megan started her Public Relations career in a London creative agency then moved to Sky Arts before combining forces with Co Founder Ella McWilliam in 2012 to create Full Fat. Megan’s leadership role within the agency spans internal and external business development, brand building, strategic thinking, insight and financial planning. 


Full Fat is a communications agency rooted in culture. Experts in building cultural resonance for their clients, Full Fat has a brand building approach cemented in behavioural science cultural knowledge, driving meaningful connections with engaged audiences. 


The multi award-winning agency has delivered campaigns for some of world renowned brands such as San Miguel, Adidas, Atopia, Nexba, Copalli and more. It is also, in part, responsible for a number of success stories throughout the ‘experience economy’, from festivals such as Sziegt to Field Day, to traditional experiences with a twist, such as Backyard Cinema and Junkyard Golf. 


In 2023 Full Fat launched No Filter, a Generation Z insight platform enabling them to provide clients with immediate insight and information from a UK based cohort of Gen Z’s. No Filter has already been invaluable for a number of their clients, guiding product development, campaign creative and positioning. 


Megan has a Masters Degree in Creative Writing from Goldsmiths and is an active mentor on the university’s Gold Award programme. Megan comes from an exploratory background, her father is a inventor and her mother has and continues to play an integral role in the UK’s understanding of early years learning and development. 


Megan has established herself as a key player in the vibrant entrepreneurial scene in the UK, sitting on a number of boards, guiding businesses through the process of growth and creating entrepreneurship communities. Megan has a deep interest in human behaviour and this ladders through Full Fat’s output. 


Megan has given talks on communications, negotiation, mental health and the successes, struggles and current world of entrepreneurs. Audiences have included IBM, Her Hustle, Shoreditch House London, Soho House New York, The Trouble Club London and many more.
