Some say there is no such thing as universal forgiveness. They claim forgiveness is not bestowed by God unto someone until they believe the gospel that saves today. Is that what you have always thought? If so, ask yourself this honest question: What if that isn't true? You would want to know, wouldn't you?
Many times ego and not wanting to admit we have been wrong get in our way of not only learning the truth, but accepting it and telling others we were, in fact, wrong. It's one of the best attitudes we can take to continue to learn the truth of God's word. In Psalm 138:2, God tells us that he places his word above his very name. So, as Bible students, shouldn't we strive to learn the truth of God's word? I certainly believe so. I hope you do as well.

Become so familiar with the truth in God's word, that when a counterfeit Bible or preacher comes along, you will immediately recognize it. That is how you fool-proof yourself.
