Mental Perk Vol 38: SWAT and Mental Health: Pain Shared is Pain Divided
Richard "Trey" Ashcroft is a career police officer, member of the Garland SWAT Team, and President of the Police Association. Trey highlights the challenges police officers face on the job and in their personal lives and the importance of managing mental health both on and off duty. Trey uses honest dialogue to describe the crucial elements police officers face everyday and helps the audience see police officers as "real people with real issues". Join us in honoring police officers and the sacrifices they make for our communities.
