Diana Dirkby:

Hello, my name is Diana Dirkby and I live with paranoid schizophrenia. It's been over a month since my last podcast episode and I hope you are still with me. I have been busy making a new website and revamping my social media. Also, Life got in the way. I had a bad fall down a flight of stairs and I am still recovering.

Diana Dirkby:

I will put all web addresses and social media handles I mention in the transcript for this episode and make them available in later episodes as well.

Diana Dirkby:

Why a new website? My two old websites old website, overliveschizophrenia. com and DianaDirkbycom are still up, but I am not adding to them anymore, which slows down the frequency of my blog posts and other website work while I adapt to the new site. The new site still needs to be made public. s soon as it is, you'll be the first to know. As the publication date of my latest book, "three Kidnapped, three Siblings, three Furies, draws near, I wanted to make a website where I could showcase all my books in one place and talk about more than my books, for example, in my blog and podcast. I decided to enlist the help of Amazon to create the basics of the new website to give it a more professional look.

Diana Dirkby:

Why a revamping of my social media? My Instagram account ran into problems which I needn't burden you with. The old account, which will keep running for a limited time, was a diana under slash dirkby, under slash writings. The new account is up and running. The new handle is a diana dirkby under slash writings, so there is no under slash between diana and dirkby as there was for the old account. Again, I am enlisting Amazon to help with the new Instagram account.

Diana Dirkby:

The story about my Facebook page devoted to me and my novels is similar and again I enlisted the help of Amazon. The new profile's name is Diana Dirkby Writings and its web address is facebook/com backslash Diana Dirkby Author. All in one word. I have a few older profiles and pages which will be taken down at some point o ensure everything is clear,

Diana Dirkby:

y current Twitter account at Diana Dirkby will continue with the help of some posts composed by Amazon. Again, all the handles and web addresses will appear in the transcript of this podcast and I will remind you of them in later episodes. I aim to create more effective and comfortable platforms for my social media followers. I also hope those who visit the new website, be it for my blog, my podcast or to browse, will have an enhanced experience. That's all for this short podcast. Thank you for listening.
