Mothers in the workplace are everywhere and are hungry for support. Roughly 15% of the total U.S. workforce are mothers and nearly half of all U.S. households include a mother as the primary breadwinner. Did you know that nearly 40% of mothers report consistent burnout and almost 2/3rds of mothers in the workplace say the transition to working parenthood was difficult or extremely difficult.

I'm Megan Taylor, and I deeply understand these challenges because I experience them firsthand. Tune into this podcast to join me on this work life journey and explore how to ditch the guilt, answer the constant questions circulating about work life choices and move towards thriving in work life. Reclaim the driver’s seat of your own life and career. You will hear personal stories that normalize the motherhood experience, learn from experts about some of the science behind many of the common themes in that experience and become familiar with tools and resources to empower yourself in your work life motherhood.

In this episode, the trailer for The Work, Life, and Motherhood podcast, I will introduce you to more of my story, the work I do to support mothers like us and what I hope to provide to mothers in the workplace through this podcast.
