Nature. Nature is where I turn for deep healing. Nature is where I turn to go to be held. Nature teaches me to slow down, to become present to all the other sounds around me. Nature holds me and tells me that I can connect to my spirit. Nature brings me back to myself. Nature shows me that I can crow with the crows. The mighty blue heron shows up to tell me that I am not alone. The blue heron is holding me on my healing path. Deer show up to remind me to be gentle with myself. Turkey show up to remind me of my connection with earth and abundance. Crickets sing to me. Crickets sing me to sleep at night. Owls root at night, providing a lovely sound to fall asleep to. Mother earth is holding me. I am healing. I am safe. It's okay for me to feel all the emotions that rise to the surface. I am being held. I am healing.
