A journey of spiritual awakening. The first stage is integration, where I began to develop a new sense of self, becoming more aware of my thoughts and feelings. I started to see the world in a new light and I started to question the things that I once took for granted. This can be a difficult time, as I redefined my sense of identity and learned to navigate the unfamiliar territory of my inner world. The second stage is shifting shifting perspective, where I began to see my reality in a new and deeper way.

I understand the interconnectedness of all things and see that everything is a part of a greater whole. I had to learn to let go of old patterns and beliefs and to start to embrace new ways of thinking and being. This was a painful process, as I have shed my old self and stepped into the unknown. Third stage is expansion, where I begin to open to the unlimited possibilities of the universe. I start to see that anything is possible and I have the power to create the life that I truly desire. I begin to live from a place of love and abundance, to attract positivity and abundance into my life.
