Speaker 1:

Feeling and body memories. My body remembers what I've been through, it knows what I've been through and it is trying its best to heal from the trauma. There are times when my body shakes. There are times when panic hits. There are times when flashback comes. There are times when nightmares occur. There are times when flashback comes. There are times when nightmares occur. However, these are just symptoms of the trauma. My body is holding on to. The trauma is held in my ankle, the knee and throughout my body. Memories of the past, the pain, the anger, the fear, the rage, the nightmares, the flashbacks comes rushing back and I can't control it. All I want is for this pain to be gone. I want to release this pain and for it to be entirely out of my body. Sometimes I just need someone to hold me so I feel safe enough to allow whatever needs to happen to happen, so that this can all be gone. No-transcript.
