Fix the World
The world is falling apart. You can ignore it, and let the kids deal with the damage, or you can change the way you live and mitigate that damage. This show’s about changing: Take less, give more, and leave more alone. It’s simple. If you do it well, you’ll fix the world. If you don’t, you can do everything else and accomplish nothing. That’s my summary statement after 80 years of struggling to make meaning of life. I'm not paid to do this podcast, and I'm not selling anything. I just want a better life for my kids, and your kids, and their kids. If that's what you want, I can help you make it happen. Think critically about what you want. There's probably a big difference between what you think you want and what you really want. Fix the world by knowing this difference, and working for what you really want.

Fix the World
Episode 12, Forge a Global Partnership for Fixing the World
Education was supposed to be the global partnership for development. As more people were educated, old problems would be solved as new ones were prevented. But that hasn't happened. As education has increased, so have our problems increased. This correlation might reflect a cause-effect relationship. Of itself, correlation doesn't prove causality, but it does suggest it, and we're running out of time. If college education is causing our problems, we'll need to change college fast. Consider Unity College - Where everyone is welcome as equal in worth, as an alternative. Its mission is to fix the world by fostering freedom, justice, health, and peace for all. Its strategy is to promote the following: 1) The family that matters is the ONE we all belong to, 2) Treat others as you want to be treated, 3) No one is entitled to more until everyone has enough, 4) If you're not fixing the world, you are breaking it, and 5) Love truth above all because it's all that lasts, and it's the same for everyone.
