This week we hangout with Rita Soueidan: An accomplished & creative Head Chef with 10 years of diverse culinary experience & insights in the Middle East region. She has demonstrated success in delivering culinary excellence, operational efficiency & guest satisfaction.
Before excelling in the world of the culinary arts; Rita studied psychology and graduated from the University of Dallas after which she worked in the corporate world for almost 9 years before pursuing her interest and passion by first taking an entrepreneurial dive into a food start-up (Sweet Fix by Rita) and then ultimately stepping into her well-deserved place in the professional kitchen as Head Chef at the Dubai Local gem: Maisan15.
