Today we started a series on sustainable homemaking. We will revisit this story again in the coming weeks so make sure and check back for more.

We talk a lot about homemaking here. It might seem like we have our act all together with our whole homemaking journey. Well, I'm glad we give that impression. But, we are working through the process too. There are things we always do. There are things we sometimes do. We have a few things we haven't gotten to yet but are working toward . Lauren and I went over all of that today. transparency is something we strive for here. We are on this road too. We're so glad you're on this journey with us.

With some things you can deal with it once and be done. Other things need you to be vigilant to make sure they get done daily. Things like high efficiency appliances and turning off lights are good for the environment. Additionally, These things save money in the long run.

There are lots of way to make homemaking sustainable. We will talk about a few more next time. We have a few more tricks up our sleeves.
