She is joined by the administrator of the Office of Community Partnerships, Rose Burton; the director of the Howard County Department of Housing and the board chair of the Coalition to End Homelessness, Kelly Cimino; and the executive director of Grassroots Crisis Intervention, and a board member of our Howard County Coalition to End Homelessness, Dr. Marianna Izraelson.
