Learning Not to Shame Ourselves for Needing a Break/Understanding the Ego vs. Intuition
in this episode, we discuss how to tell the difference between the voice in your head which is the ego, and the voice that is your intuition. learning the difference can help us to better understand when we need to take a break and when we are just self-sabotaging. for people who especially experience toxic productivity, learning this will improve your ability to learn your intuition and give yourself the rest you need so that you can avoid burn out. in turn, this will improve the results you see from the work you do and also give you more time to appreciate the rest you deserve.
