Exercise and Aging…The big question is what type of exercise do you need for lifelong health and well-being. 

My friend Jordan Weyker, Dr of Physical Therapy is back to talk to us about just that!

Her goal today is to give you an idea of what fitness should look like as you age as well as give important tips for perimenopausal, menopausal, and postmenopausal women to consider.
