Former Windy City coach & current Wyoming Amateur Wrestling Association Board member Kevin Dillon speaks on his experiences with coaching and running a youth club. He gives some great advice to club coaches as well as takes us back to his glory days of coaching these young athletes. He also talks about his position on the WAWA board and the ways he can help athletes that are over 20 get some money to attend open tournaments.
