*This episode does contain conversations about eating disorders and behaviors associated with them that may be upsetting to some people*

Since this week is eating disorder awareness week, we wanted to make an episode talking specifically about anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. These two eating disorders are common and something that Jen sees a lot in her practice. Learning the signs of these eating disorders can help parents identify if their child is struggling which will allow them to get help quicker. Then Izzy shares her white bean hummus recipe from The Ultimate Guide to Creative Snacks.
