The Charleston Marketing Podcast

Ronda Taylor

Charleston AMA Season 1 Episode 14

We were thrilled to have Ronda Taylor, the Program Director for Youth Empowerment Services, Inc. (Y.E.S.), as a guest on the Charleston Marketing Podcast.

Ronda is a poet, writer, and inspirational leader dedicated to empowering at-risk middle and high school girls in the Tri-County area and across South Carolina. As an advocate for youth, she works alongside Executive Director Roslin Fields, offering invaluable programs including mentoring, college tours, community events, and the annual Dream Girls Conference. Youth Empowerment Services' commitment to enhancing the mental, social, spiritual, and emotional well-being of young girls is truly commendable.

In this #CAMACast episode, we learn more about the mission of Y.E.S., discuss the power of storytelling, and learn how the Dream Girls Conference is making an impact on our community. Fun fact: Ronda is a powerful poet and children's book author. She shares with us her poem "Radiant Girl: Daughter of the King," a love letter empowering girls to shine their light.
