In this episode of the Bryan Foltice Behavioral Finance podcast, Bryan shares personal experiences with finances, relating both positive and pitfalls. He highlights lessons learned from his childhood about avoiding debt and the importance of saving.  These include the "Snake Bite Effect" from buying his first house in Florida at the peak of the real estate bubble in 2007 to having a savers mentality versus investing.

He also addresses some of his bad financial habits, noting a heavy annual spend during Christmas, visits to arcades and frequent using the DoorDash and Uber Eats services.

Finally, Bryan emphasizes open conversations about money, working through past experiences to make better financial decisions, and steering clear of risky financial behaviors.

I hope you enjoy the content and learn all about the topic of Behavioral Finance. I've set up the first few podcasts as mini-lectures of my Behavioral Finance course that I teach at Butler University each semester. The goal of this podcast is to provide a comprehensive look into the topic of Behavioral Finance - for free!
