Welcome back to the White Board Chatter Podcast! In this episode, we're diving into the aftermath of the Quarter Finals and The Open. With those intense competitions behind us, it's time to shift our focus to what's next.

First up, we'll be discussing the Murph workout. As Memorial Day approaches, many athletes are gearing up to tackle this challenging WOD (Workout of the Day). We'll explore strategies for approaching Murph, including pacing, scaling options, and mental preparation.

But it's not all about the gym. With summer around the corner, vacations are on everyone's mind. We'll talk about how to stay active and maintain your fitness routine while on vacation. From hotel gyms to outdoor activities, there are plenty of ways to keep moving, even when you're away from home.

Of course, we can't forget about nutrition. Summer brings its own set of challenges when it comes to eating well. We'll discuss tips for navigating BBQs, picnics, and other seasonal indulgences while still staying on track with your fitness goals.

This Sunday May 5th, join us at Blackbird CrossFit for Barrett's Event—an initiative dedicated to raising awareness for FGFR3, the gene associated with dwarfism. Show your support by donating and participating in this special event. Together, let's shine a spotlight on the incredible work of Little People of America and help normalize and uplift their community.

Join us as we discuss how to transition from the intensity of competition to a summer filled with workouts, vacations, and healthy eating habits. Tune in to the White Board Chatter Podcast for all this and more!
