S2 E19 Kyle Balancing Family and Work

In this episode Jeremy and Paul have special guest Kyle. Kyle is almost a 3rd year apprentice with SELCAT. He wanted to get into the electrical field to show his kids that you can make a good living without college. He also wants them to see that it is never too late to change careers to better a life for your family. Kyle talks to us about the struggles of balancing family  and work. He wants to be learning all of the time and to not become complacent.
