Team Impossible is back!! We are training for the Columbus Marathon 2024, and we already have more runners signed up than we did last year!
Join us on this final episode for the marathon series as Matt, JD and Austin break down how to combine all our previous discussions, into an encompassing guide for training. This week we take what we have learned before, and see how it works within a real-time training regiment with Austin! We discuss what Austin had found in his first three months of training, where he is a this moment with longer distance sessions, and where he will go in the coming months! The Columbus Marathon is less than seven months away, so we are keeping focus for these crucial training months to come. And we lay out what they look like for Austin, and how they could look for YOU!
