Emma first recognized she was battling anxiety when she was in 8th grade.

Then, everything changed when quarantine hit and the world locked down right before her first year of High School.

Throughout this time, Emma mostly felt...nothing.

And that was when she first turned to Self Harm to find comfort in the abyss.

However, she was always able to find one thing that gave her Purpose, that allowed her to feel at least a small amount of Joy.

And Emma urges everyone to always cling to the Joys of life...no matter how small they may seem.

Because they could save your life.

On The Impossible Podcast, not all of our discussions are easy, in fact most are not.  However, we feel it is of the upmost importance to bring to light the full truth behind The Impossible that exists in our world.

Someone battling through this same challenge today will find Hope in the conversation.

And a little Hope has the power to change a Life.

Thank you for listening, and as always...Be Impossible!
