Book purchasing info for derby leagues: If derby leagues want to sell copies of Mighty Millie Novak (as a fundraiser, as a team book club, as general merch, etc.) they can purchase a box of 13 copies (or more, of course :-) ) for a 46% discount (and free shipping) and then sell them at whatever price they'd like, to raise money for their league.
