Speaker 1:

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening and good night. Wherever you are and however you are listening, welcome to Fruitfulness Podcast. On today's episode, we will be discussing about subconscious mind. Correct, yes, your subconscious mind. What is the subconscious mind? The subconscious mind goes beyond learning new skills. It's involved in information processing and effects everything we think, say and do. It stores our beliefs and values, determines our memories and monitors the information all around us, learning what to send to the conscious mind and what to store for later.

Speaker 1:

Do you ever ask yourself does my subconscious mind listen to me? Well, the truth is, while the subconscious mind is never sleeping, it's always listening and taking everything, word by word. It reaches its peak and becomes the most active when we asleep. It continues to capture what is going on in our surroundings. Ask yourself this why are our dreams so detailed? Then you ask yourself what is my subconscious mind trying to tell me in my dreams? Because they originate in the subconscious mind, dreams can reveal our deepest needs, fears and desires. Consciousness prompts us to examine feelings and state of mind. Our subconscious is always listening. Let's all ask ourselves what does our subconscious tell us?

Speaker 1:

Sometimes called the unconscious mind, our subconscious mind contains all of the stored information of everything you have ever experienced. Because of this, it influences how you react to things such as why you are shy, lazy, eat too much food or have an addiction, or being traumatized, going through worst times of your life, and you don't want that to repeat ever again. So you ask yourself I've observed, I know everything, I have memories and moments of this and I don't want it to repeat. Why would I want this to repeat? That is because our subconscious mind is telling us not to All that information in there is powerful and the power of your brain, your subconscious mind, is very undestructible. You can't destroy it. Now I do have seven, maybe nine things about how your subconscious mind is more amazing than you can imagine. No doubt there will be things about it that you know and things you don't know. So here are things you may have not known about your subconscious mind. Stay awake with me. Stay awake.

Speaker 1:

Number one the subconscious mind dreams. We all know that dreams have been studied since the dawn of time by scientists, philosophers and many other fields. Some people and scientists have explained famously dreams as a window into our unconscious and manifestation of our deepest desires, anxieties, most of a sexual nature, and depressed child memories or obsessions. However, our great philosopher and scientist even admitted sometimes even a cigar is just a cigar. Today, neuroscience generally agrees that dreams are purely psychological and represent the brain's attempt to make sense of random thoughts and images from recent daytime experiences or memories that flit through the mind during sleep.

Speaker 1:

Number two the subconscious mind controls 95% of your life. Not all that surprising, really, as our subconscious mind controls each and every physical movement, whether voluntarily or involuntarily. Today, science estimates that 95% of our brain's activity is unconscious, meaning that the majority of the decisions we make, the actions we take, our emotions, behaviors, depend on the 95% of brain activity that lies beyond conscious awareness. Number three the subconscious mind is always awake. Your subconscious mind never sleeps, rest or takes a break, because it controls all vital processes and functions of the body. For instance, the subconscious mind controls heartbeat, blood circulation, regulates digestion system and eliminates everything like bacteria and every other germ. In our sleep, our conscious mind becomes dormant, while the subconscious mind stays fully awake. Science shows that we still hear and process everything, even while asleep. Isn't that scary? The subconscious mind is habit-based as we go about our daily routine, such as waking up, traveling to and from work, eating, drinking and going to sleep becomes second nature. We've formed habits, which we have. This is because we process information quickly and without being aware. This is the unconscious mind at work. Scientists have believed that the unconscious mind does most of the work of our daily activities without us even realizing it. That's why some people can more than ask.

Speaker 1:

Number 5. The subconscious mind takes everything literally, everything. The subconscious mind has the habit of taking everything literally. It does not differentiate between negative and positive. So if you continually tell yourself that you'll never succeed in particular venture, it's likely to turn out that way. The subconscious mind is subjective. It doesn't think or reason independently. It simply obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind. As a great CEO and founder of Ford, henry Ford, said, if you think you can or if you think you can't, you're right. It's always important to believe in yourself, believe in your vision, manifest it. Be motivated to get up early in the morning and chase after your goals and dreams. Don't just chase. Go after it, tackle it, tackle it, okay.

Speaker 1:

Number 6. The subconscious mind is present based. When we dream about the future or get nostalgic thinking of the past, it is the conscious mind that's at work. The conscious mind thinks in terms of the past and future rather than the present. Our subconscious mind is constantly focused on the present moment. This is why it's so important to be mindful of your inner thoughts such as I'm successful, I am successful, rather than I will be successful. Say I am successful Now. Let's all pause. Repeat after me I am successful, I am successful, I am successful Three times. Say it again Because that is powerful. That's your mind working to make your dreams come true. It's why we dream. And if you have a passion or a field you're studying right now, or any types of dreams you want to make things come true, you can do it. Put your mind to it, manifest it.

Speaker 1:

Number seven the subconscious mind is like a computer processor. Computers were originally designed around the brain model and at one time we called electronic brains. The human body functions much in the same way to modern day computers. Sensors rather than computers operate in different other ways. Computers operate in much the same way to the most complex processing unit there has ever been in the human brain. The subconscious mind is far more powerful than conscious mind and can process huge quantities, and information comes via your five senses and translate them back to your brain, your five senses. Do you remember what your five senses are? Vision, listening, hearing, taste. Smell your eyes, ears, mind, mouth, lips, nose. Think about that. So we all know that the process of a computer is with a blink of an eye, blink of an eye. Number eight the subconscious mind is primal. Our subconscious mind communicates in images, feelings and metaphors, focusing on emotion rather than logic or reason. Our intuition is the complex system in the brain that acts like a bridge between the subconscious and the subconscious and conscious mind. Repeat again, the subconscious and the conscious mind. It's the process of the brain that requires no analytical reasoning.

Speaker 1:

Number nine the subconscious mind is a multitasker. Although many of us think we can multitask, the truth is it's quite impossible to be consciously focused on two things at once. When we try to pay attention to the two things at once, the brain gives its normal attention to the one thing, then the other, then back to the thing, then the other, then back to the first thing. We are never able to give simultaneous attention to two things at once. Equally, it's physically impossible to feel happy and sad at the same time, or angry and calm, but we can switch between emotional episodes very quickly. Our subconscious mind, however, is born a multitasker, naturally, which is very powerful. Of course, there are probably many things that our subconscious mind can do, and science is always on the lookout. That's very powerful.

Speaker 1:
