I am pre-empting the normal opening of the show to state this kind of last-minute change for this episode going to be season two episode 65 stand against tyranny. I originally recorded a guest appearance with Derek Rimer that would be airing likely in October as a Wednesday midweek drop like you know I do my guest shows now usually Wednesday midweek drops and Saturdays reserved for my standard regular monologue shows, but I decided And why I try to keep the show fluid That this can't wait. This is too important for and regarding the upcoming election so I'm Pre-empting the show open to let you know that this show Isn't going to be a monologue show. So there is that also so all the way around I'm not going to have this as a behind the scenes the full show Just wanted to quickly record this After we basically hung up the zoom between Derek and I Before I forget so that I can put this at the start of the show and yet Use this little video piece as a placeholder on the video channels to let people know what's going on and why There was no behind the scenes Are full one for that particular Wednesday that there would usually be normally like a Wednesday drop would be a Monday behind the scenes drop my Saturday shows would be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday early behind the scenes video drop So thank you all and without further ado Getting into stand against tyranny with Derek Rimer political prisoner Hello everybody welcome my guest today Derek Rimer out of Canucka-da as I is jokingly call it just just a loving jab at my neighbors across the river I Was I met Derek just the other day being part of Rick Walker's Maverick news show that he does out of Canada and every once in a while Rick has me come on to talk about events of the day and He just kind of kept me on while Doug was coming in to talking about something that's happening with him in Canada And I'm like wow that sounds an awful lot of the J6 or story Here in the US so I have to have you on and in share how We know these things are happening everywhere and that we need to all stick together so at first The obvious thing who are you where are you from those sorts of things?
DEREK REIMER:   Yeah, absolutely. Thanks for having me on. I appreciate it My name is Derek Rimer. I'm located out of Calgary Alberta Canada and You know, I'm involved with the street ministry called mission seven ministries We feed the homeless we preach the gospel. We pray for the sick We clothe them. We have hygiene products We just got a great a variety of items that they can use and we've been doing that now for eight years you guys can check that out at mission seven ministries calm and And Somewhat more recently I got involved with protesting drag events that was a Little bit more than a year and a half ago. I went to my first protest that Somebody else had organized and it was actually very cold I think it was like 20 minus 20 25 and we just stood in front of the venue And I had a Jesus's Lord sign and and just got as close as I could of course They push you and they're shoving you and and as Christians where we're not violent and we just we're just trying to stand our ground And it's just it's crazy because you know and Tifa and homosexuals not moving through all against you Of course the cops they even seem against you too Especially were in Canada here that lots of police will have The word police on their backs in the rainbow colors. How insane is that? Yeah, so And if you want to jump in yeah, go ahead. Yeah, I mean
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST): You didn't I don't remember you saying that the other day on maverick news But yeah, I mean you are supposed to protect and serve all you're not supposed to be Promoting a particular group over everybody else But yeah, that's what happened is happening there like what you're saying the police and rainbow colors that is literally offering advocacy advocacy of Special rights for a particular group over all others police are supposed to be bland Plain generic protection serve all so what you've said right there alone Is enough to to set that scene and I'm wearing my stand against tyranny shirt And you know regarding this episode because that's what we're dealing with here. They are literally Shutting down certain people's rights Your right to although you don't have a Constitution where right of assembly is exactly the same as ours or speech Exactly as ours so for those who don't know the difference. Let's let's kind of back up and go to What is the Canadian governance system? It's a parliamentary system. You don't have a Constitution But you do in some sense have a quasi bill rights It's just not to the extent we have that new us right
DEREK REIMER:   Yeah, we got a Constitution We got a charter of rights and freedoms and a few of those are very similar if not the same identical to yours Where we have a freedom of religion freedom of assembly freedom of speech? etc Freedom of conscience expression Different ways to explain that so we stand on that and that's why a lot of the tickets and being charged criminally And when fighting these in court, it's a charter issue. It's a charter reference and it gets very expensive like right now a member of our team like Exposing darkness where we're protesting and that was happening again a lot more frequently about a year and a half ago Before they're just basically shutting down the movement just charging a bunch of people mostly myself but this other guy got a ticket because He was infringing on the hundred meter protesting by law that they implemented and posed because we were protesting so much so that they deemed it whoever these Hate protesters are and those are of course the Christians. It's never the homosexuals So if we are within a hundred meters of a drag venue then we can be fine with this by law and the by-law is maximum penalty of $10,000 or Half a year in jail or a year in jail. I can't remember but even a half a year in jail is very severe for just breaching this kind of imaginary hundred meter line of where there's a drag event so in that
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST): Yeah in clear breach of We would say our constitutional amendments and that you as you said your charter clear violation of rights defined to you as if the reverse were to happen if You're holding a sermon somewhere and drag queens want to come in mass and protest you They're not going to enforce the hundred foot rule. That's the deal here is Beyond it violating your lot rights it's the sheer hypocrisy of Some have special privilege rights and others are having theirs denied
DEREK REIMER:   Well a hundred percent and and that is just spot on because if they want to come and protest a Service or for having an outdoor service of the outreach and I do it once a week and not that they've come and protested But a friend of my art publicity. I call him the Polish people. He's been Worldwide yeah
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST): Has been on Wham radio here in Michigan Several times my friend Ed Bond the rancards had him on yeah He's a hero to us. He is done far more than any Pre-pastor minister whatever here in our nation that I'm aware of with the Get out you fascist Our churches just rolled over it seemed
DEREK REIMER:   Yeah, so he's a friend of mine He actually married my wife and I have known it for several years and we've even worked together too with like COVID rallies and and just rallies in the city But going back to what I was saying if they protest an event that we have on and then I'm partnering with him Which has happened before and this is a church service that's outdoors and it's even within our law You can't interrupt a religious service that you could be and you could be charged for this But are they ever charged? No, of course not and like you said There's a double standard that's happening. There's a favoritism like the cops are not wearing crosses on their uniforms But they're wearing the homo colors across the police bar on the back and it's totally outrageous
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST): Yeah, I agree again you as you said they would never advocate for Christianity or even Judah ism or Islam on their uniform, but yeah This particular sub class which has become its own quasi religion woke religion Part of that whole thing indeed, so let's back up and do the whole story though really of Sure when I was on with you and Rick He had a video of you you were at an event and they literally Physically assaulted you to throw you out Tell us about that
DEREK REIMER:   Yeah, absolutely right before I jump into that I kind of want to finish a thought here where a member of our team of exposing darkness is Purposely has violated that hundred meter by law where where is a protesting by law? And is battling that in court right now and it's just costing tens of thousands of dollars because it is a charter reference So going to the beginning
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST): Yeah, no, you've got to nip it in the bud if you wait too long That's the part of the problem is we allow these Assault son our rights to go unchallenged for so long then it becomes quasi accepted. I'm sorry. Go ahead
DEREK REIMER:   Yeah, so The video that went viral where I was physically Adjective thrown out of the drag queen story our room where the program is actually being held We had we had already started to protest these events and We were getting more organized with it and more strategic with it and more bold with it where we were outside You know just praying preaching a guy was singing and holding signs So we thought Well, why don't we go inside the library and we can just peacefully object? Hey, it's a it's an event a program in a public library We're the public and we're not okay with it So certainly that's okay if we just merely voice our objection, right? Well wrong apparently that's criminal now So we went in there was three of us and we all had voiced our objection the first you got thrown out And then I went in and I had I just walked in I was I'm pushing shoving like the news and the media had talked about I just walked in no problem I stood there and I watched for a moment just kind of taking it in and then I just walked to the front and I just said You know, I let's let's we got to make it about Jesus. We're gonna be teaching about Jesus, you know Parents don't explore it was your children to this perversion and this filth and this wickedness and People just jumped on me immediately. I was in the back corner They grabbed me they were physically removing me out I was clutching the walls just trying to grab anything to hold myself up and regain my balance And then the video starts when I'm being thrown out a friend of mine His daughter was recording and and I'm thankful for that because I did have a GoPro because I was trying to capture What was taking place in this in this drag program room and for whatever reason it didn't start It's interesting because a lot of times when people from our team had gone into record They're recording equipment did not work and this happened many times or we're starting to think, you know the prince of the power of the air there's something going on here that's spiritual and In any case moving forward. I got thrown out of the room my head bounced off the blast or I went up to my back But I just got up I was on a mission and I just continued to preach and to review this and to expose this and And just preaching the people repent and turn to Jesus Christ a cop showed up A few minutes later and then he said that I'm trust passed and if I don't leave then I'll be arrested So I complied and I left while preaching all the way out and just You know letting my voice be heard about why we're here. What's going on and turning to Jesus? We went outside and we continued to preach and sing and pray and protest so about three days later rebel news so kind of like our Fox News here in Canada and So rebel news a journalist was with me at my house because there's a warrant out from my arrest and they wanted to get the footage They were supplying me with a lawyer So I'm very thankful for that that rebel news they work with PDF the democracy fund They're a charity if you guys even want to donate you can go to save pastor Derek comm and that is through rebel using PDF and You can get a charitable tax receipt so In any case I went out for a prayer walk which I often do and the journalist he asked if he could come with me and just hang back 2030 feet. I say I sure go ahead. He was just tailing me for the last day or so and During that walk. I got arrested It wasn't far from my place and and that was my first arrest and I spent four days in a remand center You want me just to keep going or I want to leave room if you have questions you want to go ahead and keep going Yeah, okay, so I got released after four days We kept protesting it was just on my heart my conviction. Let's just keep pushing this Let's go for it the next day. I was released and the next day I went to a prayer meeting at City Hall that actually arts kid Nate Nathaniel publicity had organized and he said it would be really good if you came by and you showed up and I said Hey, I agree and I'd be happy to be there. So I attended They recognized me and said oh, we know you from certain protests and you have to leave and I thought after being Removed that day by security for just my presence for them just recognizing me. I thought okay Well the next day let's push the envelope with this a little bit Let's go in and let's silently pray and see if they're gonna arrest me over that because man the cops are sure gonna look foolish If they're arresting you know preach your pastor silently praying with a few other friends so we did just that and I should say before I get too far in this that the mayor of this city She forced and she she really sent the cops after me I wasn't charged originally But then she made a Twitter rent and went on a little bit of a tirade about that she needs to have stricter punishments and Consequences for this and not just bylaws and like I said then they opposed a hundred meter bylaw. She wanted me charged She wanted something more severe so then cops came and charged me Rebel news actually did a bit of a story on that and they they showed her her Twitter comment against me So moving forward we're in City Hall Me and I think for others and we quietly prayed and then Rebel news was there and I think there were some spectators that that were familiar with and and Cops came and they weren't Resting me, but they gave me a ticket Rebel covered this story. We beat that ticket mind you so praise God and The next day there was another drag event. I was anticipating being arrested I was hoping cops would maybe make a mistake trying to make them look silly the whole thing was just I got so overcharged and And At the end of all this it was 11 charges. So I'll take you on the journey So the next day there was another drag event these things were happening very often and we were just hitting one after another I just decided I'm not even gonna work. I'm a self-employed drywaller I'm just gonna take the time now just to protest and push in and let's just see how far we can push this thing So we had people that were interested. We had a team So we got to this next library and I tell you there was like an army of police officers It was like the SWAT team was out. It was just crazy. There's just like dozens of officers There was cars all over the place. It was crazy the amount of resources and money that's being spent for this drag queen story Our it's just for like 45 minutes to an hour and all these cops that were there. So I Got breached with being a bit too close to the library mean a team of people were standing at a distance and I thought I was in a safe place some other people were doing some strategic protest and We were just being a little bit of a distraction like oh, there's there if I'm over here And maybe that will take their focus off the other people who were we're doing something more specific and indifferent than what we're doing So I got arrested there again and that was a very dramatic arrest There was a there was like eight cops. There was probably close to you know, hand supporters. There was media there I don't know how everybody knew but there is there's two or three different media outlets and It was quite a spectacle. Well clear clearly now
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST): They deem you a threat and a danger and you are clearly Being targeted now to be made an example of to try to prevent others We see that here also in the States Several pro-life places that were vandalized one Arson ah All unsolved, you know, it's just a coincidence But a pro-life for standing on the sidewalk praying Locked away right I think we're seeing that same double standard worthy of repeating again pattern the hypocrisy and I wrote down a couple notes while you were Pucking I think it's important to say because I've gone over this in in other episodes Oh We are to love even our enemies. This is not about hate and We are to hate the sin and love the sinner But there are lines even Christ at one point winning and overturned the tables right there are lines Jesus about love but yes, there are lines I have friends that are gay and lesbian They know I'm a Christian. We love each other. We get a long fine I know their position. They know my position on traditional marriage, but I would support civil unions, right? But they are the You know the proverbial tolerance and acceptance crowd, right? I am a person who happens to be gay as opposed to the people that are now Over the line that we are really talking about here in address it trying to Groom and recruit it's not about born this way. It's about recruitment into the lifestyle and I was gonna say what was like. Oh, yeah, I coined the terms of gate to this Engaged in dativism Right they are not tolerance and acceptance. It's they are gay and that is the only definitive thing About them and everything and everything is only ever about that Versus someone yeah, I they just happen to be gay, but that doesn't Define their life and that's the difference and that's the line I don't want to put words in your mouth, but I think we're on the same page of those You're not well. There's a gay person living down the street. We know there Probably is gay sex going on there. So let's go protest outside their house No, that's not going on right what they do and the privacy of their home is one thing The issue here is it's being pushed upon people yeah advocated and grooming That is the distinction the difference. Yes
DEREK REIMER:   Yeah, I would agree with that, you know Drag Queens and what's taking place with with that whole agenda is at all entertainment and consenting adults is Totally different than an audience of children of eight zero to eight years old and that's It doesn't it doesn't make it okay But it is a different animal when you have two consenting adults who want to engage in that sin It's still wrong and I'll still preach about it, but again I'm not gonna go chase them down at their house and stand outside their house. Amen. Yes I'm sitting on the corner. I'll be like hey I'll preach whatever the word puts to my heart and sometimes homosexuals walk by I'm like hey You know a God made a woman and a man to be with each other and you know You got a repent of this and turn to him he died to her sins etc, right?
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST): You and the point the point is this isn't hate This is love you care enough about their soul that you want them to redeem in the eyes of God and That's the difference in the distinction here whereas the church of woke I Was lady redneck I recorded with earlier today and and that came up. Oh God now I'm forgotten where I was gonna go with that, but you know Free will the lines the distinctions right we care about their soul Oh the church of woke is what a lot of churches Unfortunately are now church of the world and church of woke rather than church of Christ They're more concerned about just being a community club then preaching the whole Bible whereas I Am so happy to hear you indeed preach the whole Bible and indeed That is in there, but it is also Yes, can them not let you be condemned final judgment is for the Lord, but we are to care enough To want them to come back
DEREK REIMER:   Yeah, and you know kind of jumping back with a few verses is I'm trying to find it for whatever reason is a popular person like it just can't place it right now But it's better that a millstone be tight around your neck and you thrown and drought in the sea than to corrupt one of these little ones And another verse with a Ephesians 5 11. I believe it is it says and and have no Fellowship with the unproofful works of darkness, but rather expose them You know that word expose in the Greek actually means to tell a fault and that doesn't mean like over better than them And we're more right all that it's just like we know God's law We know what he says and like Paul says because we know the terror of the Lord be persuade man So we wouldn't be good ministers If we're just telling them hey, you're doing okay. Hey everyone goes to heaven No problem. You can be as you are follow your heart all this nonsense No, no, just to follow Jesus We need to turn from our wickedness turn from our sins be baptized be obedient and chase after him love him with your whole Heart mind soul strength and that's why you got a priest that you were saying all of it the whole Bible

Here's the intersection show Sundays at noon The church of woke and that now they want the hippie He says hacky sack, you know like university togawarian peace love and harmony types and Forget all that tough love part right in the Bible all those Tough love parts where he calls people vipers and snakes and false God guides right the whole Bible in full context and To try to come together and bring people but again indeed knowing final Judgment condemnation is for the Lord, but yes teaching the whole Bible and full kind and again I my mind's in a fog right now. I I was planning to go somewhere else with that Now I remember it's like when I was talking with lady red deck earlier two chronicle 714 pray Turn from wicked ways. I show here heel and People want to leave out the turn from wicked ways part because that means And action on our part. DEREK REIMER:   Yeah, I can I can kind of wrap up the story and say where we're at presently So When I got arrested the second time I went in this seven days that came back out and we did another protest I was preaching 300 plus meters away abiding by my bail conditions But I was actually found guilty on these bail conditions and they reasoned my guilt by kind of Hypotheticals and being kind of diabolically creative as I like to call it I'm preaching is what I normally do and they're saying with my preaching because I can't communicate directly or indirectly to a known participant of these drake queen Story our or these readings so as I'm preaching they've reasoned while certainly somebody going to the program Might have maybe heard Derek rhyme or preaching therefore he indirectly communicated with somebody That is seriously how I was found guilty on that breach So in any case moving forward because there's a lot of details and I'll have to go through them all But I went after that we went to another library saddletown library I don't know who's in charge. I don't know the manager. I said, hey, I like to speak to a manager I knew that was the next venue for Uh, the drag event so we're gonna set up and and do homework on protesting and where to stand and where we think it is We're peacefully protesting. That's in our right. That's okay. So I asked okay. Can I speak to the manager, please? manager comes And I just said Basically, it's a 90 second interaction that I posted on my facebook And I just said like do you think it's okay to have like these perfect grooming hours? Like this is the corruption of kids So she was offended asked me to leave and I said okay. I'll leave and I'm used to making scenes. I'm used to being loud. I'm used to not being Um to to worry about the volume of my voice, but here I'm not for that. I'm here to have a private quiet respectful conversation even though we disagree with each other That's okay. We can disagree But it was just a quiet interaction and I think it's a quiet as i've ever been on on camera before but in any case She asked me to leave and I said that's okay We can leave and you're offended. That's that's okay You're right you have the right to be offended But but we're offended of the corruption of kids and I said and we'll be back like to protest if this continues Which is our lawful right and and I'm gonna post this online Basically to let people know, you know who's in charge of the programs who wears being held. I want people to know I was found guilty of criminal harassment for a 90 second interaction with some a total stranger And for disagreeing about drag queen story hour And then posting it on social media to let people know Hey, this is what's taking place if you feel how I feel you can express Your and I used to were discussed that's fine. I'm not I'm not sorry that I used that word But you can express your disgust to this person this individual that's in charge at this library It's the it's the phone number for the library. DEREK REIMER:   So to meet the threshold of criminal harassment and now i'm learning all of this It's is to be bedeviled is to be constantly tormented and plague and other Adjectives other words to describe that and so when she was asked how did this make you feel after your interaction with mr Rimer this is in trial on court in court. She said it made me feel upset We watched the whole the whole video in court and then the prosecutor asked again How does it make you feel? Well, I feel upset well Feeling upset is not meet the threshold for criminal harassment and Even so it was one interaction So so now with this criminal harassment charge because there's another one that only takes one interaction Which I think is a lesser charge and they want to get me on a more severe charge It's more takes the frequency of at least two or three but but preferably three because even two is weak So this is our evidence of repeated Contact with this individual that I don't even know direct or indirect check this out the 92nd interaction that I just Told you about the facebook post was now in direct communication So that counted as harassing her and then some john doe message her saying shame on you That was it. There was a message she received In or around the same time as I posted this video or went to the that library and some guy just said shame on you And they attributed that to me coaching him right? I said and they just have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt There is a major reasonable doubt here But they have strung this together to paint this picture that I went in there to intimidate her I wanted her to fear for her safety and look over her shoulder and watch out and look at his past and his criminal record And that this is the guy he is. That's what happened
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST): Yeah In u.s. Law sense, they're alleging direct rico violation Racketing Whatever Conspiracy charges rico is conspiracy They are alleging without any evidence whatsoever that somehow that person that said shame on you what Ties back to you
DEREK REIMER:   Definitively and there's not a shred of evidence of that guy wasn't the guy wasn't testifying. He wasn't in court I don't know who he is. Nobody knows who he is that's involved in this case, but yet that's my responsibility somehow So it could have been a fed plant Okay, so so I was found guilty on criminal harassment for what I just described I was found guilty on four Breaches of my court order where they're just hypothesizing while somebody maybe could have heard him while he was free preaching Oh, and I'm not allowed to talk to any known spectator or participant or performer

DEREK REIMER:   So the library so this is what happened they equated the library manager to a spectator of the drag event How would I know that she's a spectator of the drag event? I didn't know who the manager was I wasn't 100 percent that they were in charge of the programs. I just thought well That's my best guess let's talk to them and say he I disagree with this and we're gonna come protest if it continues
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST): Yeah, so I found guilty on all the points now there again this show is heard of everywhere, but me being in Detroit my Primary main audience of course is in the united states Please like share and subscribe everywhere outside the u.s. So the help the show grow But seriously again pro-lifers in the u.s. same kind of trumped-up charges bending and twisting beyond all recognition the actual statutes to bring these charges Same with some of the jam sixers now that's not to say there weren't some people on jam six that engaged in criminal activity And those people should be charged but yet ray apps no charges the anti-file Plants that we've all seen videos of who were they're breaking windows no charges only charges against trump supporters. So Your story is kind of the same story. It is targeted Selective enforcement and it's not even ruling that they're not selectively enforcing something That we would all agree would be clear You jwalk you're on camera jwalking. Okay, they charge you But not that person that would be selective enforcement of something We absolutely all agree is a law in the book Lame example, but you get the point here. They are Twisting and distorting the statute to try to make them apply to you
DEREK REIMER:   Yeah, so and even just to Kind of finish up the story and where i'm at and what we're looking at and facing it's uh VLT criminal harassment and those four breaches I have another verdict and on september 24th and that one was for the steton library incident where I was physically thrown out I was charged with causing disturbance and mischief So we're praying and hoping for an acquittal there I have a trial this thursday for that breach of 200 meters when I me and my my team We didn't think that we were that close to the library But cops say that we were and it allegedly was within 40 meters or so of of the limits So my lawyer feels confident with that one that we can beat it, but we'll we'll find out thursday But all in all I spent 43 days in jail. I have Six trials possibly seven trials. I've been on bail for a year and a half And you know what? I'm not sorry for protecting kids and doing the call of god in my life The first time that I was arrested the lord said to me very clearly It was a question And I and I believe that it was more of an encouragement something to think about in the future not at that time And this is for other people as well. He said what's more important to you your freedom or preaching my word And it's getting very real now in these last days What are you gonna do with it? Are we gonna stand and have a voice and and shine light in the darkness? Or are we gonna be complacent? We just want to get along with everybody We just want to appease everybody and we don't want to have static we don't have a confrontation We don't have disagreements Or we're gonna be the righteous are as bold as lions The time is now that we have to push back and expose the darkness The time is now that we have to stand and have a voice my friends

The FAR RIGHT is indeed Anarchy ZERO GOVERNMENT, we are NOT that, we were NEVER intended to be that, but we flirted with a Government (under original Articles Of Confederation) that proved to "not be quite enough" and hence the "Constitution of the United States" then drafted and adopted instead -- to which people have been eroding our INDIVIDUAL AND STATE RIGHTS ever since toward Fascism because it is part of Human Nature, some are SHEEP and some seek DICTATORIAL AUTHORITY over others.

We, the USA, is a RIGHT SIDE OF SPECTRUM limited/small Govt operation (or, at least, that is how it was founded and supposed to be as THE SOVEREIGN STATES created the CONSTITUTIONALLY LIMITED FEDERAL GOVT (not the other way around) and was to retain THE ULTIMATE LOCAL AUTHORITY (destroyed more and more, and especially with the passage of 17A which made the US Senate that was (The States' body) as nothing more than another US House (directly elected by Citizen's) People's House - directly DESTROYING that important Check and Balance our Founders created.

Sadly, the usual trend is ever Leftward (the Overton-Window for those who wish to look that up) toward less Freedoms to/for People and more Govt power/control. As Franklin said A REPUBLIC IF YOU CAN KEEP IT* and THOSE WHO WOULD TRADE FREEDOM FOR SECURITY DESERVE NEITHER.

The FAR LEFT is COMPLETE GOVT CONTROL (which includes Monarchy, FASCISM (what today's Left is aiming towards), Socialism, Communism, etc.).
