JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST): Hello everybody welcome to the two Chrystitutionalist Politics again and joining us today is Christine Spazato and yeah I'm part Italian on my mother's side and while this of course is her mate or not her mate her married name not her maid name was like Spazato sounds like a pasta or an Italian dessert 
KRISTINE SPOSATO: My husband would love that his name is Tony and he he likes to kid with people and tells people at first his name is Tony Soprano and it kind of looks like that and they usually like do a double take and say really he says no it's Spazato
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  and I joke a lot about people's names not to be mean you know but to be lighthearted because people who watch the watch and listen to the show know I can never pass on lane puns but mainly mostly name association you joke around it's more likely to stick in somebody's brain that way it is and when you when you have a book like you do you certainly want them to remember your name but let's it is spelled K-R-I-S-T-I-N-E last name S-P-O-S-A-T-O and for those on bit you a bright neon rumble and YouTube behind the scenes video you could see her holding up her book which we will of course get into but the proverbial necessary first question who the heck are you where are you from you know all the nitty gritty I am happy to share nitty gritty well not all of
KRISTINE SPOSATO:  it but some of it oh we want to know the skeletons in the closet do you see stuff well let's see I am originally from Wisconsin and so I'm a cheese head I'm a Midwestern girl I grew up on a little farm and I you know I can still consider Wisconsin home I love it there I came to Colorado in my 30s and have been here ever since so I live on the western slope of Colorado which is near the Utah border with my husband and our two Australian shepherd dogs and it's just quite lovely here and I was in higher education for 20 years I was a higher education administrator and which I loved I loved my job I loved students I loved education I love learning and you know had a reverence for education and over the years the last years that I was still at the university it became progressively more woke um the like the liberal philosophies and mentality came in and just took over and I knew I was a moderate I wasn't necessarily even a conservative and it just became so oppressive and so offensive the things that were openly said communicated the things that were pushed not only on staff faculty but also on students and parents that it just became a really hostile environment my husband and I retired and that's when we moved to the western slope of Colorado and um I wrote my book and I wrote my book about my experience I interviewed a lot of students and parents and also employees of different institutions around the country and I shared their stories in the book yeah no before we go more and death in the book
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  I gotta say now that you mentioned Colorado thank you no thank you now I got John Denver Colorado, Washington, Ohio will be in my head all the rest of the day so no thank you I love John Denver I gotta say I'm a huge fan but indeed the book is called Student Voices Science and you're a perfect fit for the show because Christitutional politics podcast the show as well as the book that a company needed came out last year there is a whole section on protecting children slash school reforms right you know that I go into indeed what I call the new core ours they're more about peddling uh radicalism ranch perversion and racist garbage through CRT they're not helping stamp down racism they're actually enslaving racism as the old core ours of course reading writing a arithmetic history there's an hour in there and I like to joke virology even though the hour don't belong there a lot of our kids are too stupid to know the hour don't belong there science the same thing right china isn't peddling genderism they're teaching biology yeah yeah
KRISTINE SPOSATO:  it's it's just shocking and Joseph I wrote this uh this book was published a year ago last summer and even at that time people would say to me no it's not that bad it's really not that bad and um I'm I'm pleased that over the last year unfortunately it's come to light because of all the protests that were taking place on college campuses so it really was elevated into people's consciousness how bad it is um but a year ago I was feeling like I kind of had to fly under the radar and be careful who I talked to about the book because so many people were offended by me talking about colleges are indoctrinating your kids and um now I'm glad that it's an open conversation and people are knowing what's going on in K-12 people are understanding what's going
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  on in higher education and God can you sing for his purpose the Wuhan hysteria led to the zoom classroom which led to parents seeing what's going on and finally getting their heads out of their hindsight and now understanding what's going on and from what you're saying they're still a whole lot of people probably people without kids or people who just see school as if they're the day-time babysitter don't pay any attention therefore no clue what's going on well and Joseph I think
KRISTINE SPOSATO:  a lot of people are like me like I was um I was a moderate and you know when the university started coming to me saying you need to introduce this curriculum into what you're doing with students and it was very it was inclusive and I said well this is good we should want to understand each other we should become more compassionate we should be more empathetic sympathetic toward one another understand each other's experience in the world I was on board with all of that
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  but then yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
KRISTINE SPOSATO:  agreement was going to the point that it was exclusive to another group it didn't include understanding everyone it became so divisive this group is good this group is bad so it just flipped you know you know it did a 180 and um I think there's a lot of people like me that don't understand that that still say but isn't it good to understand each other yes it is but that's not what this is
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  that's not what's happening that's exactly right eat uh on my care strikes that info website on the quotes page from my care strikes coming soon to a city near you book I put it's not in I mentioned animal farm in the book by way of making additional point beyond what a orwell did but on my quotes page at terrorist strikes that info indeed at the top I start with if orwell were alive today his sequel the line would be some animals get more equity in the form of special rights than other animals because it's not about equality it's about pandering special rights to some and as you said to the exclusion not inclusion dei is not about inclusion it's about
KRISTINE SPOSATO:  special treatment for some over others yeah and I especially heard um and you know was offended by so much of this like language that was acceptable that targeted white men in college especially white christian men and you know I had a student that worked for me that I knew fairly well he started working for me over the summer semester and you know as as summer fall semester went on he was more and more withdrawn um wasn't as engaged uh and finally he made an appointment and came in and talked to me and said I I'm I'm resigning I'm quitting and I said well you know tell me about that tell me why what's going on with you and he said I don't belong here okay tell me some more about that and he started talking about that he was which I knew he was a conservative christian and um you know in fact he had asked me to not schedule him on Sundays because he always went home went to church with his family and went and had sunday dinner with his grandma every week so I was aware and he said there are things here at this college that I I never even knew existed I said well what he said until I came here I didn't know that a man could pick to be a woman and everybody would say that's okay I like a delusion yes how I grew up a man was a man and a woman was a woman and here I have to agree with that and he said it just makes me sick inside I can't do it
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  I can't do it here anymore yeah two points two points to your point uh Tom McDonald Canadian former wrestler turned rapper lives in the US now Tom McDonald the rapper has a song called straight white male it's a fun comedic mocking of the reality to what you speak straight white males are the enemy now and uh did you see the gods that dead movie series again perfect example Christian especially white Christians under absolute assault in the original god's not dead movie the professor immediately demands of the students write down god is dead and that's not a fictional story all four of the god's not dead movies are based on real life events and at the end of the film cross-reference sources of the cases brought against the education centers for violations of their first amendment freedom of religion it's not freedom from religion or as the left wants separation of church to state wards of the fascist state so you've recognized this and kind of is a genesis of this book because conservatives again the book title student voices silenced really is about conservatives being silenced or as I'm trying to get the label us as christianists christian because conservatives got that you know christian uh conservative liberal all the negative connotations i coined a new term until they started attacking that now but wow what are they attacking well both the fact that it's about being christian and biblical application of how the constitution sits it like community community is biblical i say this over and over it's voluntary it is you're in my christian duty personal commandment to be our brothers keeper through charity which is voluntary it's about lifting up communism the bastardization of community because jesus wasn't a socialist yes we are to take care of one another but it also says a distinction between the unwilling versus the unable i have no obligation to those who are unwilling to do anything for themselves communism forced theft redistribution it is not biblical
KRISTINE SPOSATO:  right well just before i jumped on this podcast i was since we're talking about this listening to the author of this book and she's so smart we got we got hold on we got to say it you're holding up
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  next gen Marxism so that because this is mainly audio 20 platforms only four places do people see the behind the scenes video yeah you're holding up next gen Marxism and i hear a lot about this
KRISTINE SPOSATO:  book it's a good book go on i'm sorry oh that's okay it was kathryn cornell gorka who was being interviewed about this book and um like i said she is so smart and was really going into where this came from that it started in 1989 and we were all just oblivious to this movement that was starting and so it's really been going on for a long time and now really has reached its peak where they have infiltrated so quietly um you know every level of our educational institutions they've reached our kids in our corporations our churches our churches are corrupted by all of this as well and that was something else i saw with college students is you know to kind of appease their parents they would say well i'm going to church but the college towns are full of the super liberal christian churches that are not conservative they're not even necessarily biblical they're pretty new age they're pretty all about me and the only thing that they like about
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  god is that god will give us stuff they are the church of woke not the church of christ absolutely and yeah exactly what and why i felt the need to start the show about us as christians those things that because there's different flavors different versions different sex denominations it isn't christ that commanded those things it is man that has mocked all that up and created all these different versions with different sayings some have this some have things made up added some have things taken out so i'm about what are the things indeed we agree on christ said and focusing on those things as opposed to like you said the modern church of woke all about self rather than god indeed uh let's talk about your app but let me uh which is rise conservative student uh it's not really about as the saying goes if you pardon the crudeness lighting a fire under somebody's ass that's what this show is i'm about lighting a fire and giving people off their buts but for those who indeed finally awaken from their woke stupor and realize a lot of the churches have gone away from christ and to worldly woke your app uh look i lost it rise conservative student is there for those as a tool who now want to take action because the bible says yeah reap to so that means act you must do things two chronicles pray turn from wicked ways i shall hear from heaven and heal your land turn from wicked ways means you me all of us get off our buts to do things to turn the lamp from wicked ways and god will help not that we just pray he'll wave a magic wand no we must act and you've created a tool to help people act yes yes i have and i i also you know want
KRISTINE SPOSATO:  to emphasize that this also is i call it for conservative and traditional students that this age group might not be comfortable saying they're conservative like you said that's associated with politics and not necessarily morals and values so i like to you know kind of open it up a little bit but it's a it's a place that students can go for affirmation and opportunities to learn and grow it's based on student development so it's things that they're going through anyway but it's a resource for them to be able to come back and find where their foundation is um the the content areas are resilience independence spirituality and emotional intelligence and it's it started from the book i also have a coaching practice so i developed curriculum for coaching college students well the reality is college students are very busy and a traditional coaching model isn't really it doesn't meet their needs very well and so i processing through this i realized well where do they go for information they go to their phone so that's when i did i took the curriculum from my coaching program and put it into an app and so it walks them through different coaching programs and lessons it has um a coaching lesson that's videotaped it's got a little quiz for them it has a journal prompts so they can process and explore a little more uh it has a guided meditation or prayer in each lesson so they can if they're riding the bus if they're going to sleep at night they can just turn that on it's audio and there's also a community section in the app so they can find other conservative students and other campuses that are like-minded that they can connect with and be friends with and support each other through whatever is going on
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  at their stage of development in college yeah and like you said that's why i invented a trademark christitucilist to get away from conservative liberal because indeed those are hyperbolic supercharged words these days and people leave zone out oh you know they they get emotionally charged and defensive and like jennice pregger says and i mentioned it in the first ctp book there is a difference between a classical liberal who can still be reached a classical liberal who still believes in that tenant of free speech like a conservative does so we don't want to alienate the classic liberals as pregger says there is a difference i agree from a classical liberal and a complete leftist idea long so yeah i i try to avoid those terms except for when it needs to be explained because indeed liberal conservative automatically is either positive or derogatory in people's there's no middle ground and you automatically you lose people like the classical liberals you can red pill as the saying goes and awaken from their woke stupor because they're not full-on hardcore
KRISTINE SPOSATO:  leftists right and that's why i think that you know both my book student voices silenced and the app is very helpful and in a lot of ways necessary for all parents to really understand how to have conversations with their kids know and be prepared for what their kids are going to be going through in college um there are a lot of middle-of-the-road parents that aren't going to be thrilled about how their children are treated i guess uh it when they get to college to their
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  university they're being taught what to think not how does it they're being pushed to the left pushed forced again the community voluntary versus the leftist communism force right and we
KRISTINE SPOSATO:  i think traditionally wanted our kids to learn how to think so for example you know abortion is a very heated debate and you want your kids to think through and to grow and understand the breath of the entire controversy to come to it to a place that they they believe in what they believe because they believe it based on their background based on what they've learned um based on their face uh and i think that's what most parents want for their kids but don't know how to approach it
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  because they really understand how it's happening versus the twisted warping manipulative language it's a choice no it's not you're not for choice when it comes to light bulbs you're not for choice when it comes to stoves you want to ban my gas stove and force me to have a so choice is just a convenient dodge to avoid dealing with the real issue of terminating another life if you want to defend that position honestly and admit to what you're defending is one thing the problem of course is they cannot and will not be honest about what they're talking about like you said having at least an honest conversation then people within thinking not just manipulating their emotional state into siding one way or another i tend to keep my shows around 30 minutes so i'm going to wrap it up of course we want people to check out your book student voices silenced and the app rise conservative student available on google play uh yes google and apple good good now do you have a personal website or a book site where do people go to fight you're obviously amazon but do you

Today, I want to discuss net neutrality. Expect another push for net neutrality. And why do I say that? This may seem out of the blue. No one recently that I've heard has been talking about it. But that's exactly why I'm going to talk about it. You don't expect me by now. I hope you understand, to do the obvious.

And since I also write at times for Before It's News site, this is the point before it's in the news again to discuss it. Why am I saying this? It's simple. We see all the attacks on free speech. So Net Neutrality will be another one of those Left-wing twists, turns, warping of language distortions, that had always been an affront to actual freedom of speech on the internet. But Net Neutrality they try to sell as all we're going to make the internet free and safe for everybody. No, that's not what it's about. 


That's not what they're looking to do. It's another Federal government boondoggle. Another Federal government power grab for control over internet access. Control over what gets said on the internet - all about power and control. This is an anti-free speech movement. And the Left has been rabid in attacking free speech. How many times have we discussed that? 

An aside, you recall on The Liberty Beacon in the past, I'd already written about Free Speech and yelling fire in a theater. No, dumb example, bad example, moronic use of the term and point for Free Speech. Yelling fire in a theater where fire does not exist as a Free Speech issue, it is not a matter of opinion. It is not Speech. It is incitement to chaos and potential destruction as people might then stampede out of somewhere they think there is a fire having been giving the idea under false pretense. It is fraud in the inducement. It is not Free Speech, but Net Neutrality, under that flowery name, and fake intention - The left is trying to sell is about them. 

The federal government, yet another agency or an expansion of the FCC, per se, of course, you know, they like expanding government if they can get away with it. They'll make another new agency out of it for more of their friends and their family and their donors to get federal paychecks for do nothing Jobs (well, not legit Federal Constitutional constrained and within the Oath to), or again just expanding the FCC duties and authorities. The government has no power and authority over this, even though yes, the Internet at first mainly was built for Security, Defense structure, Military communication, but want to be came into the Public sector and more or less Privatized by many things, many companies, many private companies. It became public domain, except for, of course, again, yes, there's the dark web. We're not talking about that here. 
There is the Military web that secret you don't get into that's different that the government controls under Department of Defense under Security issues. We're talking the Public Internet access and your Right to Free Speech on it and your Rights, your ability to negotiate with whomever (Free Markets) would be your service provider to access the Internet. And yes, there will always be varying degrees of expense and levels of access based on what you can or are willing to pay to have that access. That's part of the other concept, Free Markets, another thing the left hates. 
So Net Neutrality. Yes, expect it to be yet another issue for the 2024 election that the left will bring up again. And it's all about if they get in charge again, since they lost Twitter, Twitter has now become more Free Speech again. They want full access over Twitter from the Federal standpoint to say no, we decide what can be said and not said on the Internet, regardless of your Private company and your Terms Of Service. Just like Canada has done. I spoke with Rick Walker. That's why I'm wearing the Maverick News shirt (in the Behind-The-Scenes/Sneak-Peek Video version of the corresponding ChristiTutionalist Politics podcast version) several months ago on his Maverick News show about what Canada is doing. 
Canada has a more or less news ban. They call it protection, of course, they always The Left, the FASCICRATS, the Fascists, the Communists, the Socialists, they always try selling the “oh, it's for your protection.” No, it never is. It's always about their power, their control over what can be said against their tyrannical government. And they suppress the News now in Canada. 
You have to be specially licensed and specially approved for some things to get out on the Internet, if the word “News” or you promote yourself as a “News outlet,” like Maverick News can and is more censored on YouTube than even you understand the YouTube Censorship in the United States. We are going towards China.

That's what net neutrality really is about. This is the CCP party, the fashion crafts wanting to copy Xi and have full lockdown control over the Internet and what can or cannot be said on it.

So I cannot express this enough. It's going to come back. It may be slight at first, but they are never, ever, ever, going to give it up. They are going to push even more for it now because as I said, they're losing ground on the Free Speech (Censorship) issue. And the other thing regarding Speech is the whole University protest regarding Gaza. I have every Right, and I discuss this with Gunny in the other episode of CTP about Speech - Gunny happens to be an older guy with a Grey beard. Well, I've got a Gray goatee myself, if you're seeing this on video, but he's got a full grey beard. And I said to him… to which of course he agrees, he understands, I can all day all night say I hate people with grey beards. What I do not have a Right is to then say “somebody's got to do something about these people with grey beards” or “it would be nice if these people with grey beards would go away somehow.” That then starts to cross the line to threats and incitement to others to act upon their hate to harm people with grey beards. 

So again, like the fire thing, it's not opinion at that point. You can hate anyone you damn well want to. You cannot express that hatred to a point of action against them. And that's what's going on with the “From the River to the Sea” genocide bullshit. And no, Israel having some collateral damage of civilians when they're rooting out Terrorists in Gaza because the Terrorists, purposefully, willfully, and malice of forethought, hide behind Civilians is not genocide. And “From the River to the Sea” is calling for the removal and complete extinction of all Jews from the river to the sea. 
That is incitement that is threat. That's not opinion. That's no longer Free Speech. You cannot do that. There is the big difference.
But The Leftist Speech of hate and incitement and threats would be allowed. But of course, if you dared it, you would be locked up. And further point on the Gaza, although this is an aside to the Net Neutrality, but it all relates. It all ties together. Again, who gets to say what on the Internet? This matters. If you're aiding in abetting, if you're knowingly allowing Terrorists to operate in your building and you do nothing, they are no longer than an “innocent civilian.”  You are now a legitimate target because you are conspiring or aiding and abetting or allowing the criminal acts to go on. You become an accessory under the Law (RICO, and others). You are not again then “innocent civilian.” At that point, you are a legitimate target, which has nothing to do with what happened on October 7th, which directly attacked, Raped, Murdered, beheading of innocent babies. 

How is a new born baby a legitimate Military threat to anyone? They are not! Not one Military target was struck on October 7th in Israel. Those were pure Terrorist hate and desire to kill Jews at that point. Well beyond any Speech going on, supporting that is aiding abetting Terrorist acts and Murder of innocent civilians and calls for actual genocide, no matter how The Left tries to twist, distort and dress it up, like they do everything. 
Back to the Net Neutrality. Again, dressed up, twisted, warped, flowery language, to pretend an intention that is not the real intention of the act that they're looking to do. This is yet another Federal power grab. They have no business being involved in, no authority to be involved in, and you must know the difference. You need to know better. You need to inform all your friends; Net Neutrality is not dead. The elimination of Free Speech is their real intent, and they are coming after it again. If they get control of the House, the Senate and Biden gets reelected, Net Neutrality will be again one of the first bills they put on the docket so they can shut down Conservative Speech anywhere it's found on the Internet across the USA, just like the News is being suppressed in Canada now in favor of the propaganda arms, the approved media, see how that works, the CNN and MSNBCiles of the world will dictate and control what gets said on the Internet. 

With that, I'm going to bid you an ado. That's it in a nutshell. It hasn't gone away. We must remember that it's coming, and I needed to warn you about it. So we don't forget about it. They like to distract, distort, deny, deceive, discredit, and other D’s, anyone. TheLibertyBeacon “Leftist 7 D's,” the extension of the Saul Olinsky tactics that I wrote about previously, they will do anything to pretend, 
Oh, look, squirrel, if you recall the Movie “Up.” Anything to get you off focus of all the things they're doing. Just you can't just look at the one hand, you got to see what they're doing with the other hand and the knife about to be shoved into your back. If you don't pay attention. 
I'm sorry that it's gone into it - another rant-and-rave episode. But as you can see, my blood is boiling on this as a former IT guy. We must act and not allow them to do this to us yet again. Another federal takeover of something.
