So far we have discussed the mechanics and neuroscience of breathing and today we tick off the chemistry portion of breathing.
Simply put, breathing is an exchange in gases, oxygen and carbon dioxide. But that exchange in gases impacts so many different aspects of how we function and feel.
We take a deep dive into the importance of balancing between enough oxygen and carbon dioxide and why carbon dioxide isn’t the bad guy after all.
