I am your host, Jen Parke a social worker and fellow adventurer!


Tips to reset when you are having a hard time

  1. Get dressed 
  2. Compartmentalize (Meditation/barre/run sit in the car and think about your intentions before you walk into Work/home wherever you are struggling)
  3. Energetic time management.  Plan for how you want to feel
  4. Build your tribe and talk to your tribe 
  5. Learn something new (training)
  6. Try something new and out of your box 
  7. Create a positive environment oils/candles/salt rock/ clean your desk get some new mojo 
  8. Eat Doritos 
  9. Take a break!



Sometimes we need to just slow down and take a step back. 


Sometimes we realize that we are not on the right path and that it is time for a new adventure
