Hey there, Cinegeeks! Did you miss us? Well, we sure did miss you! In welcoming 2024, we are giving to you the 49th Metro Manila Film Festival Look Back Special! We are gonna go over all 10 films included in the recently-concluded festival, and although almost all of the films have written reviews up over at www.cinegeekspod.com, we’ll still have a go at them (and even give our near-unfiltered thoughts on some movies we didn’t like).
We’re dividing the Special into two parts, so this episode will be dedicated to the following movies (timestamps included if you want to go directly to that part of the episode):
