Welcome to when Souls Hangout. This is the show that connects you to inner peace. I'm Yogi Ray and today we have a my Soul Meditation episode on how to be and create your manifesting desires. And let's relax and prepare to create your ultimate desires. How to manifest your desires has become a topic of interest at a much higher level in recent years. People are becoming aware that the control of a thought is the control of your destiny. We think our way to change and we are understanding, as a species now, that what we desire is only a thought away. Albert Einstein once said the world, as we created it, is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking. Your entire life has been and will always be a manifestation of the thoughts that reside in your mind. This beam meditation is designed firstly to create space, stillness and silence. Before entering directly to source for change, the change for you is your desires.

Speaker 1:

To manifest, you first need to be grateful then create a thought, have a visual image and then trust the manifestation process. Wallace D Waddles said many years ago a thought is a substance producing the thing that is imagined by the thought. What is it that you want to change? What is it that you want not need, but want? You can choose specifically and clearly map out your desires. But before we start this meditation, clearly think about a personal desire stated clearly to yourself and believe that you are already getting the benefits of this desire, emotionally as well as the visual, the thought of the desire. And finally, you must believe that you have already received it and are worthy of this desire. So let's get started. Find a space that you will be safe and away from any disturbances. Feel like this space is sacred for you. Make sure you're warm and just remember comfort is important for meditation. Now be clear on your desire. Know that you have the desire in mind and then just leave it for the time being. Now close down your eyes and take a long, slow, deep breath in and then just let that go with an exhale. We first need to relax the mind and get the body still and give yourself permission to be physically still for the entire B meditation. Give yourself that permission and then just let that go once again. Now just bring the perception of your body to heavy. You want to feel the heaviness of your body before you start relaxing each part of the body. Just feel the body, sinking into where you are, to where the body meets the floor or the chair or wherever you are, and feel that heaviness now as you relax the right foot, the left foot, the right knee, the left knee, the right hip, the left hip, the right buttock, the left buttock, the right hand, the left hand, the right elbow, the left elbow, the right shoulder, the left shoulder, the right collar bone, the left collar bone, right chest, left chest, centre of the chest. Relax the belly button, the stomach, the lower back, middle back, upper back, right shoulder blade, left shoulder blade. Relax the spine. Relax the spine. Relax this throat and the neck. Back of the head, top of the head, forehead. Relax the right ear, the left ear, the right temple, the left temple, the right cheek, the left cheek, right eyebrow, left eyebrow, the space between the eyebrows. Relax the right eye, left eye, right nostril, left nostril, tip of the nose, upper lip, lower lip, teeth, tongue, chin, jaw, face. Relax the head. Relax the torso. Relax the right arm, the left arm, the right leg, the left leg.

Speaker 1:

Relax the whole body, the whole body, the whole body relax. Feel the lightness of the body, from that heaviness to lightness. Feel the lightness of the body as you let everything go. Relax is hanging around as you let everything go. It's just you connecting to source. The body is relaxed. Remain physically still. You are physically still as you move into relaxing the mind. Bring your awareness now to the mind and with every inhale and every exhale of the breath, we are going to repeat the mantra of so hum, so hum. With every inhale, just repeat to yourself so, and every exhale, hum so on the inhale and hum on the exhale. So hum, so hum, so hum.

So, hum so hum, so hum the breath, an awareness of so hum.

So hum.

Relax the breath now. Allow the breath to be that natural, automated state of breathing. Keep repeating so hum, so hum, so hum, so hum and now relax all efforts, stop repeating so hum and feel how relaxed the body is and complete stillness of the body, relax of the mind. We are going to move into visualizing and just look at that screen behind your eyes, that dark space behind your eyes where you might see some shape, some faces, some things happening there. We are going to switch that to visualizing the number three and see that number three. You know what number three looks like. Feel the number three. Take a deep inhale and on the exhale repeat to yourself three, three, three. Now the number two. Visualize, see the number two, feel the number two and know what the number two looks like. Take a deep inhale and on the exhale repeat to yourself two, two, now the number one. See the number one. You know what the number one looks like. Feel the number one and take a deep inhale and repeat one, one, one. Your body is completely still and relaxed, your mind is calm but aware.

Speaker 1:

Now it's time to start the B meditation and the connection with source by building a gratitude list, just being grateful for what you already have and who you are. So just ask yourself over and over again what am I grateful for? Keep asking yourself over and over again what am I grateful for? And just let the answers come to you. They may appear in pictures, they may appear in feeling and sound, to acknowledge the list and keep asking yourself what am I grateful for? What am I grateful for? Now, just relax all efforts. Be at peace with your gratitude list. Be at peace with yourself, who you are and what you have.

Speaker 1:

Now it's time to create. So let's create the thought of the desire. Create that thought. The thought is a substance and that substance fills space in the universe. Create the thought of your desire. Create your desire with the thought. Be clear and precise Now. Visualize yourself with your desire. Clearly imprint that visualization into the thought substance. Feel yourself, see yourself and believe that you have the desire. Just feel that emotion, see the end result and feel what that feels like as it becomes clearer. Just smile as you feel. See, hear, taste or whatever sense you can use to develop the outcome of your true desire.

A thought is a substance reducing a thing that is imagined by the thought. A thought is a substance reducing a thing that is imagined by the thought. A thought is a substance. Reducing a thing that is imagined by the thought Feel, see, hear, taste, whatever the sense is, that can develop the true desire to be there. Now, smile as you realise you've created a thought.

Speaker 1:

The thought, with the image, has filled a space in the universe to be created for your personal specific desire. Now, just repeat over and over, silently I am grateful for receiving my desire of whatever that desire is. Keep repeating over and over. I am grateful for receiving my desire of Now. Hold onto that desire. Hold onto that visual thought or the feeling of the image and the thought. Hold onto that and take a long, slow, deep breath in. Now, just exhale and just release that desire, that creation, that thought, into the universe when it fills a space to be built on, for you to receive in divine time.

Speaker 1:

Now, finally, give yourself permission to trust the path between thought and manifestation. It's your thought, it's your desire. You've created this. Trust this, trust this completely. This is the path between thought and manifestation. It's a path of trust. Let it go now and allow the stillness and the silence to develop the manifestation. Your desire, your desires are all but a thought away. Just believe and follow your heart, follow your intuition and nothing is ever out of your reach. Ever Enjoy the manifestation and enjoy this process to building and creating your desires. Continually work with this. Follow your heart and follow your intuition. Remember you create your desires and your life is full of what you've manifested already. Change the thought and change your life. This is Yogi Ray. Enjoy manifesting and enjoy just being Namaste.
