Speaker 1:

Welcome to where souls hang out. We're at episode 7. Today we have a MySoul Meditation podcast, and this meditation is on starting your day with peace and tranquility. This is made to be a morning meditation and it will kick your day off perfectly, getting you ready for whatever the day may bring for you. I'm Yogi Ray and I'm your host. So sit back, get comfortable and let me guide you to a place deep within you where anything is made possible. So make this meditation a daily ritual and then witness your life profoundly transformed. So get yourself comfortable and relaxed and allow me to take you on that journey. Welcome beautiful souls to this meditation, this morning meditation that will get you ready to start your day in a place of peace and tranquility. We're an amazing place to start every day.

Speaker 1:

Research has found that as little as 10 minutes of meditation a day can boost mood and reduce stress levels. So by starting off your day with a morning meditation, you may feel an immediate mood boost and as you stick to this routine every morning, the benefits can translate to a larger portion of your life. Regular practice in meditation is achievable, that's if you want to experience profound change, whether it's physical health, mental wellbeing or just to experience a deep sense of inner peace. A regular morning meditation will achieve all of that and much, much more, believe me. So if you're after a change that will be profound in so many different ways for you and your family, make this morning meditation one of your goals. It comes with ritualising your morning practice. It comes with teaching the body and the mind stillness. It comes with the desire within to experience life by connecting to who you are and realising your inner purpose. So make sure you are comfortable and this is the key factor to meditation becoming comfortable In a position that you feel that you can last in this entire meditation without any movement, and being completely in the meditation, Either sitting in a chair, in a meditative position or lying down.

Speaker 1:

Comfort is important. Once you are comfortable, start to breathe. Start to breathe consciously, experience the breath and feel the ease of this vital force. So now take a deep breath in. Now just release that slowly. Now do this one more time. Take a deep breath in, let the breath go slowly, be slow, be slow and just make sure you keep breathing. Now start feeling the body as heaviness. Feel the heaviness of the body by just letting go. Shift the mindset to heavy and feel the heaviness of the body all over. We need complete physical stillness. You can do that. No moving, just complete physical stillness. You can give yourself the permission to be still. Give yourself that permission now to be. Still Feel heavy as we now start relaxing the body to move from heaviness to light. You can do that by moving through the body part by part, as I mentioned, each part. Just feel the part and relax the part. No movement Now feel the breath. Go back to the breath.

Speaker 1:

Now prepare for rotation of consciousness by relaxing the right foot, the right knee, the right hip, the right buttock, the right leg, the left foot, the left knee, the left hip, the left buttock, the left leg. Relax the stomach. Relax the right side of the chest, the left side of the chest, the center of the chest, the right collarbone, the left collarbone, the right shoulder blade, the left shoulder blade, the spine. Relax the spine. Relax the back. Relax the torso. Relax the right hand. Relax the left hand. Relax the right elbow. Relax the left elbow, the right shoulder, the left shoulder, right arm, left arm, both arms together.

Speaker 1:

Relax the throat and the neck and the back of the head, top of the head, forehead. Relax. Relax the right ear, the left ear, the right cheek, the left cheek, the right temple, the left temple, the right eyebrow, the left eyebrow, the space between the eyebrows. Relax the right nostril, the left nostril, the tip of the nose, the right eye, the left eye, the upper lip, the lower lip, teeth, tongue, chin, jaw, face. Relax the head. Relax the head. Relax the whole body, the whole body, the whole body relax. Feel the lightness, feel the lightness, feel the lightness of the body. Now, feel the breath.

Speaker 1:

Go back to the breath and with every inhale and every exhale, just repeat the mantra of so-hum, repeat the mantra of so-hum with every inhale, repeat to yourself so, and every exhale, hum, so-hum, so-hum, so-hum. Continue to repeat, simultaneously with breathing so-hum, so-hum, so-hum, so-hum. Now relax the breath and relax the mantra. Just allow your breath to be natural, automated breathing and focus on the dark screen of your mind which is in front of your eyes. It's in front of your closed eyes, the screen of your mind, and on that screen we're going to visualize numbers.

Speaker 1:

We'll start with the number three. Visualize the number three. You know what it looks like. See the number three in front of your eyes. Take a deep inhale and, on the exhale, repeat three, three, three. Now the number two. See the number two in front of your eyes. Take a deep inhale and repeat on the exhale two, two, two. Now the number one. See the number one. Visualize the number one and take a deep inhale and on the exhale, repeat one, one, one. Completely relaxed, full physical stillness. But your mind is fully aware.

Speaker 1:

Now picture your perfect day, from now through to breakfast Having a shower, getting dressed, seeing the family, maybe. Picture the perfect start to your morning. See it as how you want to see it. Feel it the way you want to feel it. Now you've got through the morning, start moving through your day. Visualize your plans and your goals being achieved. See yourself achieving this now, whatever you have planned for today. See the outcome. Feel amazing and feel healthy. See yourself happy. See yourself loving. See yourself healthy and peaceful. Now feel healthy. Feel happy, loving, peaceful. Now move through your day. You've achieved your goals.

Speaker 1:

Into the evening, see yourself at home or wherever you have to go, maybe to the gym or out somewhere or whatever your plans are. See them unfold in your favour to the best of your ability on what you want from your day. Watch them unfold. Have the perfect evening. You've had a perfect day. See this, feel this, be this, be happy, see yourself happy, be joyful, feel the joy and the love, feel yourself and others. See this, feel this, be this the perfect day. Now let that go. The day will be perfect. Whatever is there, everything will be achieved.

Speaker 1:

Now ask yourself the question of what am I grateful for? What am I grateful for? Ask this question over and over, and over, and over and over again. Keep asking, keep receiving the answers as you acknowledge the answers. What am I grateful for? Allow the answers to flow, allow the answers to flow. What am I grateful for? Now? Just let it go. Be peaceful, still and silent. You can see the achievements in front of you.

Speaker 1:

Now, give yourself permission to have the perfect day. Give yourself that permission To have the day, the due desire. Now just repeat I am having a perfect day, I am having a perfect day, I've had a perfect day, and then just let go. Just let it flow, just let it happen. No questions, nothing else to do. Just let it go Now.

Speaker 1:

Just allow yourself to be still, allow the stillness, the peace and the silence to be present in you right now. Notice the feeling, acknowledge the way you feel. Right now you are the only one that can design your day every day by finding that place deep within where anything and everything is possible. So now just let it go and let it flow and once you feel the need to move, just start wheeling the toes and the fingers and then just take a long, slow, deep breath in and then just let that go, just knowing the feeling that the day is going to be perfect, so you can start opening the eyes and how do you feel? This is how you can start every day and this will intensify when repeated daily. If you make this meditation your daily ritual and experience the profound benefits, it will change and revitalize every cell in your body. And, yogi Ray, thank you so much for joining me in this profound experience, because this is where souls hang out, namaste.

Speaker 2:

Namaste, namaste, namaste, namaste, namaste.
