To understand and enjoy the Christmas season we need to come to the understanding that we can find joy in the waiting. The Hebrews waited for centuries for the coming of the Messiah. We Christians must live in the present but always looking toward the future. We wait for the 2nd coming of Christ and there is Joy in the waiting.
