In this episode Gen Z on Leadership talks with Chief of Police Andrew McIntyre. He has been working with the Valparaiso Police Department for almost 15 years. He graduated from Indiana University with a degree in criminal justice. He also graduated from the Public Safety School of Police Staff and Command and Northwestern University. He won Officer of the Year in 2011 and Investigator of the Year in 2019 and 2020. Chief McIntyre gives an interesting perspective on leadership being the Chief of Police. Enjoy the episode!
