Chapter Break with Amy Renshaw

Luella and Ken

Amy Renshaw fell in love with mysteries as a kid, when she discovered Nancy Drew books in her grandmother’s attic. She admires strong women who courageously blaze new trails, both in real life and fiction. Strong Suspicions, the first book in the Sophie Strong Mystery Series, fulfilled her dream to create her own female detective. Amy’s day job is working as Senior Editor for Brilliant Star magazine, an award-winning publication for kids inspired by the principles of peace in the Bahá’í Faith. She also wrote the nonfiction book, Voyage of Love: ‘Abdu’l-Bahá in North America. She enjoys hiking, jigsaw and crossword puzzles, and anything chocolate.
