Joseph Cambell's The Hero's Journey continues with the Mentor. This well known figure appears early on in the journey, think Obi-Wan giving Luke his lightsaber and introducing him to the Force. Campbell also referred to it as "Supernatura Aid", empowering the hero in a way that is vital to their success. Eric and Dan, known for their work in Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Sonic X, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Gi Joe Sigma 6, Astonishing X-Men and many other roles, discuss their own experiences with mentors. who helped shape the course of their paths.
