Hello. It's Bronwen Logan here from Reiki with Bronwen and I am picking cards from the Reiki Techniques Card Deck. So here's the deck. And, before I pick a card, we always do a little preparation. So if you would join me in just getting ourselves nice and balanced. Ah, It feels good. Just taking a deep breath feels good. Doesn't it? Sometimes. So. Just take. Lovely. Deep breath. In. And we're bringing that breath down into the hara which is just below the belly button. So that lovely earthing feeling. Lovely connected down into the earth. And balancing that off with the head. So we've got the dual elements. It's the earth and the heavens balancing out together. And coming together at the heart so blending at the heart. So feeling lovely and open. Let's just set our intention. I'm open to receive whatever it is that I might need at this exact moment in time. All right. So let's have a look let's give these cards a little shuffle. There we go. Connection. Let's see what this one's about.
