Matt Shoup, is a Jesus follower, husband, father, keynote speaker, facilitator, author, serial entrepreneur, Spain aficionado, Spanish coffee addict, aspiring paella chef and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt. He’s proof that you can mix faith, business, and caffeine—and still find time to roll on the mats.
He has spent the last 25 years building successful companies, and interacting with some of the world’s most inspiring, interesting, and successful leaders. Matt’s initial journey to advance and develop his own leadership has now developed into this podcast to contribute to you!
When Matt isn’t inspiring entrepreneurs or running his businesses, he enjoys traveling to Spain, teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, perfecting his paella recipes, fueling his Spanish coffee addiction, and most of all, spending quality time with his wife, two children, and their dog.

After struggling in school due to dyslexia, Justin found inspiration in the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and bought his first house at 19. He excelled as a sales rep at Sysco Foods and making six figures, but when his boss gave him an ultimatum to quit real estate, Justin chose his passion. Transitioning to full-time real estate, Justin navigated the challenges of the 2008 crash by pivoting to foreclosures. His journey includes a lesson in vanity when he took a significant loss after purchasing three Keller Williams franchises.
