Skincare is such an exhausting journey for women all over the world, and we are often left sifting through tons of products and wasted money only to find that nothing is really working for our skin. 

So what gives?

In this episode, I’m speaking with Sara Sumic, molecular biologist, skincare specialist, and former acne sufferer, about why so many women are struggling to find the skincare routine that fits them and that the solution isn’t more skincare – it’s less.

While we have tried to preserve and enhance our skin with the thousands of products on the market, we aren’t realizing just how many ingredients we are putting on our skin on a daily basis with these rigid routines. 

To be able to reap the full benefits of any skincare product, you have to heal your skin barrier and that process is more than skin deep.  Your skin is the last to heal, and without a nourished body, you won’t find that radiant, glowing skin you’re looking for.
