Detoxing has become such a marketing fad that I think we have lost the meaning and importance of the word and what it actually means for our bodies. In truth, the true ways to detox don’t revolve around a certain supplement or tea or product. Detox begins within. 

There are three main things you can be doing to support your body’s systems for detoxification and that is general nourishment with nutrient rich foods, regular bowel movements, and reducing stress. Your nutrition supports your body’s normal homeostasis and your excretion patterns help release the toxins from your body.
