Hey, it is me again, thank you so much for coming back for another week, I am really excited to sit down with you for the next 20 minutes or so and chat to you all about only fans live shows. This is the bread and butter to my business. Oh my goodness, we are talking my language. So I just honestly cannot wait to jump into this episode and share some of the things that I have learned along the way with love shows. So let's get in. If you are thinking about as doing a live show, or you are doing live shows, and you're like What the hell is going on. Like, I just feel like it's not working for me, I'm not getting subzone. And I'm not getting people to tip or to even finish the show, we'll listen up because I'm going to run through it all with you. So before we do jump in, I do want you to go and check the terms and conditions of the site. Now I will be talking about only fans. But you can plug this into other platforms that do have a live show feature, which is really cool. But with only fans, I do really suggest and other platforms, I do suggest you do check the terms and conditions. Because when you are live and you are having fun, and you're getting tips and money's coming in, sometimes just sometimes you can forget about those rules that we have to abide by. So just make sure you're really familiar with them. Obviously, they're updating and changing all the time. So just make sure you are aware of them. Before even getting involved. I want to share with you my journey with live shows. As you guys know, I started from scratch, I didn't even know there was a live show feature. I can't even remember how long it was into my business that I found out that there was a feature. And it wasn't until I was in a telegram chat. And I saw someone who was speaking about it as this is really cool, like I didn't know that creators were doing is I didn't know it was an option. Now my background with my business building was built a lot around doing lives, doing lives on your social media getting in front of the camera. And I really understood the power of being authentic and being in front of the camera and showing people who you are. I really understood the power of that. So when I knew that there was a live show feature, I was like I'm getting in there like I am, I'm getting so deep into this, I need to figure it all out. Now it was really overwhelming at the start, because I had no frickin idea what I was doing. And I did like a few tests around the first ever live show I did I jumped on like you would with like your Instagram Live. I just jumped on and I was like, Hi, I'm having a bit of a chat. But nobody joined. And I was so confused. I'm like what's going on? Like, why are none of my subscribers joining? Anyway, a few live shows later, I realised that as only fans does, they don't really push you out to your audience. So you have to do all the marketing leading up to your live shows, you've got to do all the advertising and you've got to get loud. So as soon as I figured that out, as soon as I figured out it's not always about the live show. But it's so much about the marketing and how you spread the word beforehand, that's going to determine how good your live show is going to be. Now, I realised early on that live shows are a game changer. And why I really believe that they do work in any circumstance, if you're not comfortable doing live shows absolutely fine. But if you are I highly recommend you get into this for these reasons. Now. We hear it a lot. You know, why would I join that site when I can get porn for free, I can go on the internet and access all of that for free. And that is absolutely true. There is just about everything out there on mainstream porn sites that men and women can obtain for free, they don't have to pay for it, and they can go there and get what they're looking for. So I do not doubt that at all because I know that is a fact. But what these men or women are not get from mainstream porn sites is authenticity. They can't get a connection with that creator or that model or whoever's behind the screen. So there's that disconnect there. They're watching this video and they're getting all the fields. There's such a big disconnection there. They're not feeling like they get to know them. So there's no emotion there. Now a lot of men, in my case on my page, speaking on behalf of my subscribers, they crave that they crave that connection like yes, they're happy endings are amazing. We all love that we all love to feel good. But that connection is so powerful and it makes that happy ending even better. So when subscribers can come to your site, and they get that authentic part of you, they're able to tap into, you know, your behind the scenes photos, or just your daily topless pictures or just you being you, they love that they love that they're able to message you and that you're going to reply and you care about them and that you're building a relationship. All of this is so powerful, and it's connection, us throw a live show in the mix, where you can get on and do all their sexy shit live while chatting to them, while getting to know them while laughing and having some banter a game changer. absolute game changer. Now, I know if you have not done a live show before, you're probably thinking, God, honey, I can't like it's too much. It's scary. It's live, everything is out there. And, you know, once it's live, and it's there, there's no going back. And that's absolutely true. But you've got to remember that you do still have control. Going Live doesn't mean you lose all control you at any stage have the right to say no, you're at any stage have the right to enjoy live, you do not have to follow through with anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. If you start alive, and you freak out halfway through, walk out of the room, I've had to do this a few times. If I need to breathe out, or I need something, I'll just walk out the room, take a few breaths and walk back in. So just remember, you are always in control, you're in control of the situation. So just putting yourself in a space of knowing that you are in control and that you run the show, like you are the fucking show. So just come from that space. And I think all really helped change your your mindset with that. Another really great reason why I truly believe live shows are such a game changer is not only the physical money you get to make on the live shows, but also the money you get to make afterwards with upselling them which I'll go into a little bit later. So you get to upsell them, you get to cross sell as well with other things and also rebuild, I found in my case, rebills, they go up because they don't want to miss out if you are consistently doing live shows and you're consistently showing up and being your authentic self and having fun and just putting your face and you know all the fun stuff out there. They're gonna want to stick around, they build that connection with you, and they enjoy it and they enjoy watching you. So your rebill rate is really, really powerful. When you start to implement those live shows. I've had people that have been so dedicated to me over the last six months, and they haven't missed a show. And then they say I need to save some money, like I'm going to unsubscribe and I'll you know, I won't see you for a while. And then literally back the next month because the fear of missing out on my live show they can't handle. So it's a really, really powerful in so many different elements to implement it into your business, if you're comfortable with that. And if you can. So there are a few different ways you can run your live shows. And this may come down to how comfortable you are your experience where you're at in your content, there's a lot of things around, you know how you may run your shows, there's no right way, there's no wrong way. It's just however it's going to suit you. So the way that you can run your live shows you can do a pre paid live show. And there's also sorry, I should say depends on if you have a free account, a paid account and no PPV account at a higher rate, this is all going to come into consideration when you're going live. So you can do a pre paid account. So if you did have a free page, you would need to do this if it was going to be X rated. If you are doing it on a paid account, then it's not necessary. You don't have to do it, you can let those subscribers in. So a pre paid live show would look like advertising it beforehand. And making people pay a certain amount and a fee to go to the live show that they get the invite to the live show a week later. Now there are pros and cons to both of these. And you've really just got to consider like what works best for you. And this might also change as well. You might go yes, I want to do this one. And then you get on you're like oh, that was not for me. I'm doing it the other way. Another way to do it is for rebill only. So this can encourage your fans to turn rebill on. Obviously if you running a free account, it's not applicable to you, but rebuilders will be able to access your live show. And yeah, jump on and join all the fun stuff. In my experience. I've tried all of these and I wouldn't be sitting here and telling you guys all about If I hadn't tried at all, in my experience, I didn't find a change in my renew rate when I did that. But that's not to say that you can't. Now the next one is open for all. So you advertise it on your page, and it can be open for all. Now, if you are a free page, you can still do this. I've seen creators where they open it up for everyone, and they all come in. And then it's not until like they tease and they do their little teasers, my thirst traps, and they get people to tip in there. And once they've done the live, they'll then close them alive and create another live for the tippers. So that's a great way to kind of tease people into it and open up the Live app for all now on a paid account, open it up for everyone. And the way that you would do that is then really rely on your tip goals throughout the live show to make your income. Now a really important aspect of your live show is your prep. Like I said earlier on. When I realised putting hard work into the advertising of my live show made the biggest difference. I started to pour my heart and scientists Yes, the live show is amazing. And I I love it and I get on there I do it. But I do so much more work beforehand, all the prep leading up to it is so much more involved. Because if I don't do that groundwork, if I don't set that foundation, I'm setting myself up to fail. So if you do spontaneously just want to jump on, absolutely go for it, it may be a really great way to build your confidence and get used to it. But I do recommend in the future, to build that foundation and build that advertising. Now you can advertise it on your early fans platform, you can send it out in DNS, you can schedule it, you can do posts as well, you can post it on your stories are so many different avenues you can take to advertise it. You can also put it on your socials. So this is a really great way to get new subscribers across to you. And also subscribers that are sub to you, but may not be on only fans, but they're following you on Instagram, so they get that little reminder. So make sure you are sprinkling that fly out or whatever it is you've created absolutely everywhere and you are sending out reminders and your fans and subscribers know exactly when the show is going to happen. And what is going to be on the show as well. I'm jumping in here for a hot second to let you guys know I am giving away free one on one coaching sessions every single month throughout my podcast, I'm really excited to be working with some more creators on a more personal level. Okay, now back to the good stuff. I find if you are going to jump in and do a squirt show or boy girl show or something really extravagant, you tend to get more views with those kind of live shows once you've implemented them. So it's really important if you do do like a really cool show like that, that you are where you can I know it's out on social media, but where you can implement those really cool things that maybe not everyone else would be doing. So you want to make sure that your equipment before the live show is ready to go. You want to make sure everything is charged. I have been in this position quite a few times where I have jumped in my laptop has been flat. I've had issues on my phone, my lights not working and it's just a disaster. And I'm really fun. It sets you off on the wrong foot. Like it just does not set you up for success when you have just everything fail. Now glitches do happen I've been on so many times and only fans is just glitched. And that's out of my control. But what is in my control, I really try to prep them and make sure it's all set up and ready to go. Same with themes. If you're doing a theme, make sure your outfit is ready to go. Your toys are there. Everything is there so you're not chopping and changing, getting up and starting. The longer you can sit in front of the camera and talk to your subscribers and build up that relationship the better. They really really do enjoy that personal connection. Another thing to consider is collabing with other creators if you are already collabing with creators for content and putting videos out on your website with collaborations, then live shows are such a great tool to tap into, and to really cross market each other as well. It's a great selling point for your subscribers to jump on as well. If you get another girl on your show, you know, that's twice the fun. If you have a male that joins you, then you know, that's even more fun. So, if you can, and you're comfortable, and you want to get creative, think about reaching out and think about collabing. Now it can get really, really sticky. If there are too many creators. In my opinion, I have only done things like the real live shows, where I had three women in the live show. And anything more than two, it's just too difficult. So what you want to do is you want to have your own laptop set up, and you want to have them right next to each other. So both of the pages are getting the same view, and you want your goals to be the same. So you would discuss that beforehand, obviously, you would discuss what you're comfortable with where you want to go, what goals you want to do. And then as you hit them, you're both perform that you know whether that's individually or together, however, you've planned that out. But I find if you have more creators that join in, sometimes there's a big difference between how far some accounts get tipped how big the tips are received. So you might not have that third person that's catching up to the other two people. And it just gets really difficult because you don't want to move on without them without them getting that tips. So just keep that in mind. If you do want to collab, just start with one person. And obviously someone that you're really comfortable with as well as someone that I truly believe, if you've filled with them before is a really great choice. Because you know, you know them and you feel comfortable and more comfortable with them. Now touching on that tip goals, the tip goals are really, really important to plan before you do jump in there tip goals, if you are going to be doing it for open for all and it's not a prepaid one. Within saying that though, you can have a prepaid one at a really low cost, and then do lower typicals, once they're in, personally, I haven't found that has worked very well. But look, it's an option, and it may work for you. So when it's open for all you are going to want to figure out your typical, you want to have a rough plan there on how the Knights gonna go out. Because when you jump online, all the things are gonna happen, people are going to be talking to you, you're going to be interacting, you know, there's lots going on. So you want to make sure that you're sticking to your goals. And it's really great. I know, I am very much, you know, get a big piece of paper and write it down kind of girl. But it's really good to have it down and in your sight while you're doing it. Because sometimes you made it on the live show. And you feel really, really comfortable with the goals that you have planned. And then there's like crickets, and nobody tips and you're you start like backpedalling and you go, Oh, well, maybe I'll just drop it, maybe I'll just let them I'll do it for free. Or I'll you know, teach them this once. And the problem with that is then our boundaries get bent, and Slaven they go blurred. And it means that we're really putting things out there for less than what we valued them that it also means that the subscribers know that you've once done something for free, and you haven't stuck to your goal. So if they're our next time, they're not inclined to tip, because they're like, Well, last show, she asked for this much. And we didn't hit but she's still delivered. So they're gonna come with that mindset. I have never ever on one of my shows, not hit a goal and still performed, I have never done it and I will never do it. Because that's the service. That's the payments of the service. And they all need to work together collectively to hit that if they don't hit that I don't provide the service. So just make sure that you are really all over your goals, you feel comfortable with them. And also not only the money value associated to them, but what you're going to be doing, because someone might jump on and offer you, you know, a really great tip for you to do something live. And you see the dollar signs. Oh yes. Like I'm gonna jump in on let's do it. And then afterwards, you get often you'll regret it and you may have 1020 3100 people on there, and it was live. And now it's out of your hands. So just being really comfortable with what you've written down and stick to them throughout the show. Now I'm sure you're thinking, oh my gosh, this all sounds super great. But if I go on, and nobody turns up, and nobody tears like What now, and I want to be honest with you this will happen has happened to me countless of times I've had to stop live shows 15 minutes in because there are no subscribers on or there are no tips coming through. And you've just got to understand it's business. And it comes in waves. It's like when you go to talk live, sometimes you go tick tock live, and you can really hit the jackpot, and you're just getting a wave of people coming in, and you're getting new followers. Other times you get on tick tock, and there's not one person that joins or there's a handful of people that join. So it's exactly like that, some nights, you will do incredible, and have a really great live show. And then other nights, you won't do as well. So just understand, you've got to keep going, you've got to keep pushing through, you've got to keep turning up, because a lot of this is consistency. A lot of this is turning up. And also recognising that you are turning up and you are doing live shows and you're putting in that extra work on top of other creators and subscribers are gonna see that they may not be joining your live shows because they might be busy at work, but they see that they see you and they stick around because that call maybe I might be able to join one day. So I truly believe that they do incredible things for your business. And I am excited for you to try if you have decided that it is something you want to do, then definitely jump in the first live I did, I had a few ones beforehand, I was like, so nervous, I'm just gonna have a few wines. And I had a lot of fun. There was only a few subscribers on there. But we ended up just having a lot of fun and chatting. And it was really good. I didn't go in with high expectations. And I just made the aim of it and the outcome to have funds. So that was really cool. And now it's evolved over time where now my live shows I can earn anywhere between 900 USD, up to $3,000 USD for about an hour for an hour show. Now that is because I have done so many. A few months ago, I did my 100th live show. So I did a big celebration. So I've done 100 live shows are on my account. So I really understand what works, what doesn't, what works to my advantage, what does not. I also work, like I said at the start, I also understand how to market it, and how to spread the word really wide and far. So I truly believe that if you like practice makes perfect. If you jump in and you keep going. There's absolutely no reason why you can't tap into really great money with the right tools and resources. Now I am going to log myself in here for a hot second because I'm really, really freaking excited about this. I've actually been working on this, I would say for four months. It's been a big process because I really wanted to make it great. I really wanted to put my all into it. And there's just so much to learn about live shows there's so much to dive into. Because that can be really really difficult when you jump off and you feel a bit lows. I think having the tools to be able to work through that is really powerful, and my biggest tips during a live show. So I think this is really powerful when you're on a live show understanding how to work your audience understanding how to to bounce off them understanding your audience and why they're there and what they want and how to handle people that aren't there for the right reasons don't quite understand how to educate them and invite them in and tell And this is how it's done all in a way where it's not salesy. So I really wanted to put that in there to help you guys maximise that to help you guys not only tap into large shows and make mega mega bucks, but also afterwards understand that you're going to have subs come to you and say, I need more of that alone with you, and how to monetize that and how to really make the most of it.
