Oh hey hey, for you guys it has been a week since you have last tuned in. For me I have just recorded the top 10 only fans mistakes you can make and I am now rolling on to the next 10. So we will be going from 11 to number 20. If you are just tuning into this episode make sure you go back to the let's jump straight in after finishing off last week. Number 11 to your only fans mistakes or mistakes to avoid is not managing your expectations. This is such a big part in your business when you're starting, when you are halfway through your business, when you are hustling, when you're having a slow month, whatever it may be. Expectations play a huge part into your business and really your mindset as well. So when you're first starting out, be really realistic about what you want to achieve in your first month of building your online business. Don't set these huge high expectations on what you want to achieve because the industry has changed, it's changed a lot. The online world has changed and social media has changed. In fact all of that changes a lot especially social media. Instagram is also about to change their algorithm so there is just so much change. So if you've got really high expectations when coming in you are going to shoot yourself in the foot. You really need a good, I would say three to six months of data of being consistent and hustling on your business to really understand and foresee what your business is going to look like to have some expectations around what you're going to make, where you're going to be, percentages and all of that. Also expectations when you're in that hustle mode or you're in the middle of your business or the midst of your business. I have been here and I have seen it happen to other creators as well where you get a really really big viral video and you all of a sudden have these expectations that your business is going to boom. Your business is like that's it, like it's the shit, like I've made it, I'm done. I have five million views here, like another five million views over there, whatever it looks like, like this is amazing and you have these expectations that your business is going to build, it's going to boom and it's going to stay like that. Now with viral videos, you get such big spikes, especially on TikTok, you get huge spikes and then it drops nearly instantly. So you can have a turnover from one week of having such a big viral video to basically next to nothing the week after. So that expectation of hitting a viral video is going to change your business. And once it hits and you feel that influx of subscribers, of income, of your business just in momentum and building, and then all of a sudden next month it slows down because you didn't have another viral video and a lot of those subs maybe didn't renew, whatever it is and it drops back down, you need to be realistic about your business because the waves in business are normal. It is so normal, like the growth in business isn't a scale just from point A to point B and it goes directly up. It is just all over the place and more so in the sex industry and OnlyFans because we heavily rely on social media. We don't have on OnlyFans a four year page. We don't have anything on the physical platform that is going to promote us. So it is up to our own marketing. And if our marketing is going amazing, then that will reflect on our earnings. But if it's not, that will also reflect. So it's just being really realistic with your expectations, knowing that you're gonna have an influx, you're gonna have high months and you're gonna have low months and I think you're really gonna set yourself up to win when you do understand all of that. Number 12 is no DMO, daily method of operation. This is such, I feel like a DMO, the word is such an old school, really masculine. Like I can just imagine it now, like really old school, like some man being like, you need a DMO and daily method of operation. It's just, yeah, I hate how it sounds, but honestly, this is what's kept my business alive from network marketing days to OnlyFans now. My daily method of operation is the fucking jam. Honestly, having written out what you need to do when you wake up every single day is a game changer. And this really falls into having lists and having a direction for your day. So in the mornings when you wake up, you do what you need to do personally. And then when you come into your office and you sit down, do you know what you're doing? Like when you're in your office, do you know, right, I'm working today from nine to 12 and this is what I'm doing from one to 10. I'm gonna tick them off as I go. Or do you sit in your office and go, hmm. And you kind of go into a scroll hole and a couple of hours later, you're like, oh, I'm hungry now, go have some lunch. Then you come back, you're like, oh, I might film now. And then you procrastinate a bit more. And. You can see why your day, all your days get away from you and why you think, I just, I don't have enough time, like this business is so, so hard to build, I'm always so busy. It's not about being busy, it's about working smarter, not harder. And you can dedicate five hours a day to work on your online business or work on OnlyFans, but if you're in a scroll hole, if you're procrastinating, if you're pissing around, if you're, you know, not, if you don't have a good sense of A to Z, then it's going to be a waste of time. So break down what your days need to look like. I have daily lists, I have weekly lists, and I have monthly lists, and I know what I need to do. Each day I wake up, I'm like, right, what's today? Okay, Monday, cool. This is what I do on Mondays. And I prioritize that from the most important to the least important. For me, my days can get pretty out of control. Kids may be sick at school, whatever that may look like, I've got an appointment. However that looks, at least if I know I wake up and I am hustling through my list, that my most important tasks are done up the top, and then the below ones are like, right, I can get them done again tomorrow, or I can do that later today. So with lists, at least you know you can physically tick them off, you get into your office or your working space, and you go, right, this is what I need to do, and you absolutely smash it out. The really good thing as well about a DMO or having a list is that when you go to bed, you physically, or at the end of the night, when you sit down, you physically feel like you've achieved the day. I know for me personally, like if I am working off my list and I'm ticking it, I'm like, yep, done, done, done, done. Could I get the kids up now, go back, done, done, done, done. I get home and I'm just like, at the end of the night, I pull myself a glass of wine, I'm like, oh, I was like, what an ace day. Like that day was great, let's bring on tomorrow. I go to bed, nothing's on my mind, I have a really great sleep, and I get up and I do it again. For me, if I don't have a list, my day is sham. I just feel like I'm really hard on myself. I didn't go to Benvica. I didn't do anything today. Like what a waste of a day. And I can get into that pattern. So for me, structure, DMOs and lists are the way to keep me on track. And I highly encourage you to do the same as well. Number 13 is your page is not set up for conversion. This is really, really big. There are so many elements to building your online business and especially with OnlyFans. The two main things are your marketing and your sales. And what is holding the gate between both of that is the conversion on your OnlyFans page. So if your marketing is incredible, absolutely out of this world, but you're lacking on your branding on your bio, on your display picture, on absolutely everything there. When people land on their page, they don't know what they're getting, they're confused, there's too much information, there's not enough information. You're not gonna have a high conversion rate there. And the other way around, if you have put all your time and energy into this beautiful page, that is so clear, so precise, the pricing and the sales are at one point, and it is just the best possible page for conversion. Your marketing sucks, it's not going to work. You want a perfect conversion rate from when your marketing is absolutely acing and your page is acing. So make sure your page is set up for that conversion and that you understand what is bringing people to the page. And this changes as well with what's going on with your social media. But where are you getting most of your traffic from? What's bringing people to the page? And what's gonna make them really unlock the page or the subscription to go in and see more? Which brings me on to number 14, which is not utilizing the feed to maximize your sales. So once people have come to your page, you've got a really great conversion rate people are coming in. Sometimes people can come in and you can set up your page to have a really, really great feed to maximize sales in a non -sales -y way. You can build relationships, you can get to know your subscribers, you can make sales. You can do all of those three things in the first couple of minutes when people are there if your page is set up right. And if you're not utilizing your feed properly, if you're not utilizing your pin post, if you're not utilizing your campaigns and your fundraisers properly and your welcome message and everything, then once those people are in there, it's not going you're going to get that initial sub and that initial payment which is great but unless they renew next month that's going to dip so you want to make sure that you're continuing on those sales and that user experience once they're there. Now I do want to quickly touch on this because I have worked with so many women on Our Honey's Making Money page audits and honestly it is just the best resource. I absolutely love it. I love jumping in and being able to look at women's pages or creator's pages, their why they're not converting as much as they'd like to and once we're in how we can increase sales we supply a really really cool page audit package that allows us to go in and have a look and dissect your page and figure out where you could be making more money and how you can set up your page. for better conversion, how you can set up your page for better sales, how you can set up your page for a higher renew rate and a more relationship building page. If you listen to the last two steps and you're like, oh, I have no idea about conversion, I have no idea about utilizing sales, pin pose, absolutely anything, please go to our Instagram page and have a look at our audits. They are incredible, we've had such amazing feedback and still to this day, women that we've done audits for over 12 months ago are saying how much has just changed their business. So go and have a look, it is a service we do provide. 15 is not watermarking your content. So right from the start, if you can watermark your content, amazing. If you haven't, start doing it because your content realistically could be anywhere, really could be in anyone's hands at any time, can be posted in any country, can be in forums, can be in Facebook group chats, can be in multiple WhatsApp chats, telegram chats, wherever that may be. You just don't know to the extent of where your content will be. If you're listening to this for the first time and freaking the fuck out, this happens and it will happen to you. There are ways to diminish this, but it does happen. But all I can say is that if it is going to happen, if you have a watermark on it and there are people watching it and they think, holy shit, this girl is amazing. I have an early fans account, I'm going to subscribe to her page. They will, I've had heaps of people subscribe to my page saying like, hey, I found you on a leak and they've actually told me where the leak is and we've gotten it removed. But you are essentially losing out on money because of the leak, but at least you're advertising yourself. as well at least you are advertising to those horny men out there it is an essentially free advertisement for those ones that want more of you so while it may not be a win-win situation you will be losing out on money because there are links but you will have subscribers that look at that and go cool also in terms of people scamming other people with your social media if your content is watermark there's less of a chance that that's gonna happen because that can really affect the reputation as well number 16 is off the back of that and that's utilizing a takedown service so just being really at the forefront of your business and being all over your business and paying a company to do this for you there are different subscriptions for this you can Google whoever you like I do have a company that I do use which I can pop in the notes for you but yeah just make sure that you are investing money into that because if links do get out on a lot of sites then it is really detrimental to your business at least if you can pay someone to take down the majority of it then you know you are doing what's best for your business. Number seven is not utilizing the follow back feature. The follow back feature is amazing and I know there are creators out there that believe that they don't want to annoy their subs or follow them back because they're not subscribed and I personally believe that it's a business and how many times have you walked into a shop and bought something and they ask for an email receipt and you give them their email and you are all of a sudden signed up to all their spam or you inquire with somebody about a service and then all of a sudden you're on their mailing list and you are getting all their information. My phone number, my personal phone number, my personal email is flooded with things from people who I've never bought anything from. I have just literally inquired about something or I have bought something and it's required my email address for shipping and now I'm stuck with all these unwanted emails. So it is business. It is absolutely business and that's why these businesses do it and that's why you should be doing it as well. If anyone doesn't like it they will block you. If they really don't like it which I've seen a lot of subscribers do lately is they will put their subscription rate to like a really low amount so you have to be subscribed to them to be able to obviously send their messages. So follow back feature is so amazing with your viral videos as I spoke about. You're going to get spikes in viral videos. You're going to get an influx of subs. All of those subs are not going to stay around. Let's be realistic. They're going to drop off. some are going to come back, some are going to go. But if you gain a thousand subs in a month, you want access to them. Your business needs access to them for however long you plan on continuing. If you get a thousand subs every single month in 10 months, that's 10 ,000 subs. So you want to make sure that you're following them back so you can send PPV out to 10 ,000 subs versus just your few thousand that you have subscribed to you right now. You will be losing out on a lot of money if you're not messaging PPV to your follow backs or encouraging them to at least come back to you. You don't have to send out PPVs to them, but if you're not interacting with them and encouraging them to come back to you, that's also a missed opportunity. Number 18 is not having a clear or precise sales funnel. And if you're thinking, what the hell is sales funnel. So it's literally a funnel. And when you look at a funnel at the top, you're going to have all your audience, all your potential or targeted audience up the top. And the funnel is what is going to bring them in right down to the bottom of that funnel, which is your only fans page. So when you build a sales funnel, you want to make sure that everyone at the top, so your top is your marketing, your tops, your Facebook, your Instagram, your Twitter, your TikToks, absolutely everything at the top. People who are falling in from there are dripping through your funnel, but it's going to be a really, really direct funnel. It's not going to be a funnel that's going to take them to Facebook, to a different link, to then a YouTube channel, to a link that needs to go to a beacons. And then inside of beacons, it's going to go to a different link that needs to go to your only fans page. The wider the funnel is at the bottom when they reach, so let's say the bottom of your funnel is your beacons link or all my links or whatever it looks like, the wider that is, essentially, the thinner you are spreading your business. So when people come to the bottom of that funnel, you should only have the way you make money at the bottom of the funnel. So if you only make money on only fans, I would have only fans at the bottom of the funnel. Sometimes you can see you've got Twitter, YouTube, OnlyFans, Fansly, many vids, you've got all these options. And what happens when you are pouring all these views, all these people into the top of your funnel and they're coming out the other end, they're landing on five to six options on where to go. And a lot of them are going to go to your Twitter because they think, oh cool, I can get free porn from the Twitter. Some of them might go, well cool, I'm going to go back to her Instagram page because it might be a different Instagram page that I follow. Some might go, I prefer fans so I'm gonna go to fansly and then they realize it's a high price so they just leave. Some go I might go to many vids they don't have an account so they don't log in so you lose them and then a small portion may go to your only fans. You are going to lose people when the bottom of your funnel is so wide. The more narrow it is the more you can directly send people. If they're coming down your funnel and they're coming from TikTok and they land on the Instagram page they click on your link the only place they can contact you is OnlyFans the only place they can see you naked is OnlyFans the only place they can talk to you is OnlyFans they're gonna click on OnlyFans because there's no other option outside of that there's no other option to go on maybe I might try and see if her Twitter is nice enough to whatever. People are gonna find you on Twitter people are gonna find you on Instagram they're going to find you on those platforms. They are not an end point for your sales funnel. They are the starting point and you're just going to send people around in circles. If they come from Facebook, they come down to your the end of your funnel and they go back to Twitter. They are literally going back to the top of your funnel. So just keep that in mind that you have a clear and precise sales funnel that is going to drive sales to wherever you are earning money or building your business. Number 19 is not understanding your staff. Now this is across the board. We're going to talk about this in terms of your socials, but I'm also going to talk about this in terms of your only fans. So if you don't know your analytics on your socials, if you don't know your analytics on your beacons link or all links or whatever link tree you're using, if you don't know your analytics there, if you don't know your and where you should be pouring your time and energy into in terms of money making activities, this is so crucial to your business. If you don't understand your stats, if you don't understand where your money making activities are, start again, like start right now. It's never too late to figure that out. If you can see that Twitter does nothing, Facebook does nothing, Instagram does nothing, but 90% of people who click on your link come from TikTok, then you know TikTok is your platform. You know TikTok is your platform that you need to go and pour tenfold into. That's not to say to leave the other platforms because you always have an opportunity to go viral on those platforms, but that should be your priority. That is your money making activity. And then go over to fans and have a look. Where are you getting the most clicks from? Is it from other creators? Is it from others? social media platforms. Like where are people coming from? What country are they in? Where are all these subscribers landing from? If you know they're coming from a certain creators page, then you know that collaboration was really, really beneficial and that you could potentially set another one up in the future. Also, have a look at your renew rates. Like are your renew rates strong? Do you have more than 60% of subscribers renewing? If yes, amazing. Work on getting it that little bit higher. Where could you improve a few things and tweak a few things? If it's below, have a look at what you have in place at the moment. It may not be working the best. Like put yourself in the user's shoes and imagine their experience and why they possibly may not be renewing. So really dissect your business and understand the stats and understand where your money is coming from and why. And once you do, you can build your business from the ground up. Now, I am up to number 20, and I totally lied. I think I do this every time. I totally lied because when I wrote my list, I wrote 16 twice. So there's 21, so you guys have an extra, extra little top tip in here. So number 20. The second last one to the list is no or little discipline. Yikes, this is so huge in business, like just in any business, across the board, in life in general, just having discipline, whether it's eating, gym, going for your walk, getting up in the morning, making your bed, having breakfast on time, sticking to your word with your friends, building a business, saying you would do something when you said you would do it. So little discipline is not going to build you an empire. Having no discipline's not even gonna build you a business. You need to have discipline. I know working from home and having a business that allows you to be so flexible is so easy to go, oh, I'll just go to the beach today, or I'll go out to brunch today, or I'll do this. If you don't have rules for yourself and you're not hard on yourself in terms of sticking with them, then this will always be a hobby. And that's fine if that's what you want. But if it's not what you want, then you need to have that discipline. You need to stick to your word. You need to build this business like your bloody life depended on it. That doesn't mean you can't do any of that stuff. It just means you can do it outside of your work hours. You should have dedicated work hours. If you say you're gonna film a custom video, you film a custom video. If you say you're gonna do a collab, you do a collaboration. If you are going to do a one -on -one call you stay true to your word and you turn up and you do that one -on -one call and I know sometimes there are days where shit happens and the last thing you want to do is film a custom video and the last thing you want to do is get on a one -on -one call you just want to go to bed and eat some chocolate but that is discipline baby like that is discipline in its absolute best is sticking to what you said you would do and going through with that so once you get into a routine of doing that it would just become habit it will become habit that you know well like hey I'm not gonna let that slide I never let that side I'll do it and then I'll enjoy bed and chocolate number 21 a lucky last I left this one to last because it is really close to my heart and it's the driving force behind everything for me and I think a lot of successful people in the industry as well all have this in similar and that is goals and having true emotion to your goals and understanding exactly what you want out of this business. Everything I spoke about over the last two episodes from expectations to DMO to conversion rate to staying positive to not sweating the small stuff and working on your mindset. None of that is going to happen if you don't know why you're doing this or if you don't know what you're working towards. You need to be crystal clear with your intentions what this business is going to do for you and where you want to take it. Now whatever that looks like for you but whatever it is you need so much emotion attached to it that you can feel it that when you close your eyes you're there and you're just like oh this is amazing. For me like I do all of this and I work so hard because I am building the most incredible life for my family. I'm not there yet like we have an amazing life and I love it and I'm abundant and I'm grateful and I enjoy it and I'm not it's not coming from a place of greed and it's just it's such a beautiful place to be in but I still know my goals. I still know where I want to be in five years and I still know what I want to do for my family and where I want to be in the adventures I go on and the farm with the million horses and the million animals like when I close my eyes at night and I go to bed that is what I can see. I can see me and the family on a beautiful farm in our dream home with all the animals in the world the happiest kids we're both retired we don't have anything to worry about about and that there is the ultimate goal. Now, if you don't have a goal and you don't know why you're working for money, then it's gonna be a lot harder for you to do everything I've covered. So strip everything back and ask yourself, where do I wanna be in five years? Where do I wanna be in 10 years? Get out a pen and a paper and write. Write what it's gonna be like when you wake up in 10 years and you have everything you've worked for. Write it out, like write out. I woke up this morning and it felt amazing because I woke up in my beautiful, comfy, super king bed with my electric curtains that are raising, when the sun is rising over the farm. Like all this stuff, you want every single detail into what your life is gonna look like in 10 years. because when things do get hard or get shaky, all you gotta do is think about that and go, this is what I'm working for when people have negative comments, when people are going to judge you, when you have high expectations that you didn't meet, when you don't feel like being consistent, when you don't have discipline, you think, I'll just sleep in, I'm not gonna work today. Everything I've spoken about over the last two episodes comes down to this, and this is the most important thing that's going to set you up in putting one foot in front of each other every single day, regardless of the hurdles, regardless of getting knocked down. This is what's going to build your empire. So go and have fun, go and ride it all out, get those creative juices flowing, I can't wait to hear about where you babes are gonna be in the next 10 years and how it feels like waking up and having your most successful, happiest, grateful, abundant self. I will catch you next week, I hope you have the most amazing week and I hope this has helped, bye.
