So for the listeners and also for myself, because I'm just gonna deep dive into the world of cocoa. Can you tell us a little bit about your journey, I suppose in the sex industry, how you got into the early fans, like where you were, how you got into it and a bit of your journey? Absolutely. I started in the industry stripping. And yeah, I actually got into only fans probably in the beginning. Like when it first started, I would say I probably got into only pens around 2016 That was way before the boom line. Yeah, you're an original bass. But I wasn't booming as an original. So I signed up for it. And I was like, I don't know what this is like I just gonna post some cute pics. And then I was like, maybe I'll post my tits, but never my pussy. Like that. How did you hear about the only fans platform initially, I don't even remember how I heard about it. I I was stripping. So I guess I was just kind of in the know of those conversations. And like, as long as I've been in the industry, I've always been like following threads and following girls in the industry and stuff like that. I basically like was self taught everything and never had anybody, like Teach me how to strip or anything. I just like quietly searched it all up on my own sewing. Love it. Yeah. So got got into it back then. And honestly, like never really took off in any way. I had a little three year hiatus when I moved to Australia. It wasn't because of a man is because of him. And then, yeah, so I think it was like maybe in 2021 I kind of like got it back going. And it's funny, some of like the original fans were still around. Really? Yeah. And they continue to pay. I had shut it down in a way that nobody was paying anymore. But it still existed. So my account now is still that account. Yeah, but a lot of them are like have been following me on Snapchat for as long as I can remember. So Snapchat, they're all still around. Yeah. So do you build piping with your marketing on Snapchat? I think my snapchat followers are like my most dedicated to be honest. Like, I remember one of them. I found them. I was Tik Tok live ing. And for some reason, my algorithm was throwing me out to people that had known me at some point, either through camming or through in person or whatever. And people were like, wherever you. You find me. Wow, that's the universe just connecting you guys together. Yeah, yeah. So it got back into it in like 2021 I think. And yeah, it's soon went from Lutz to porn. Oh, wow. So how long was that transition for you? It was really quick once I got back into only fans. So I got back into it. And then was just doing a little bit of solo work. But I started following all the creators in Australia and was just like, well, I want to work with all of them. Right? And so then yeah, I just started working with some creators. And I remember a friend of mine was like, Well, if you're doing that, why don't you just do straight porn? And I was like, What do you mean? She was like, you're basically doing porn. And I was like, oh, yeah, cool. Yeah, I'm going for it. That's so exciting. And do correct me if I'm wrong. Do you? Are you on PornHub as well? Yeah. Coco Bay on PornHub Pornhub X videos only fans fans, Li loyal fans a little tiny bit. I'm working on that one. Right. So you spread across quite a few platforms. Yeah. So I learned you have to spread yourself across the platforms, because it's very easy to lose your main one. on that later. Yes, I completely agree. I do get a lot of questions around Pornhub and I have no idea I'm not on PornHub I have no idea about it. I like to go and explore on there and and get some really cool ideas and watch all the amazing porn on there. But in terms of a creator, I've got no idea. So how's the process of working with Pornhub? And is that a really good marketing tool for you and your only fans? Yeah, so a lot of people there's like this narrative that goes around that like that, like only fans is like the mom and pops type small business. Well, while Pornhub is like big business, and I'm like you should be putting money in the pockets of the small business, but in all honesty, like those same small business creators are on PornHub making their money off Pornhub to just because the streaming is free, doesn't mean that it doesn't support us it does. I use it mostly to just like post teasers. And that gives people like a free sort of teaser of what could be on my paid platforms. But it's a pay per click. So every time somebody watches that free video, there's ad revenue all over that page, and the ad revenue, sends me a check. Right? Okay, interesting. That's amazing. So not only are you gaining revenue from Pornhub, you're also it's your marketing as well. You're getting those people come and sign up in other places. Yeah, so it's a double bloody whammy. Yeah. Their SEO is their SEO on Google is way higher than like, there's no there's no SEO for like only fans, for example. You can't be like Coco Bay titties. And it'd be like, here's her only fans never. Yeah, you could be like Coco Bay titties. And they'd be like, here's all kinds of videos. Not me googling Coco Bay today. Oh, I love it. So in terms of marketing, like that's a really, really good strategy for you. What else do you use to market your other platforms? It's this like crazy juggling game of all the social media platforms, right? And not very good at juggling them all. So what I find is like, I'll I'll put my all energy into one platform and forget about all the rest of them be like, Oh, no. I haven't touched Tik Tok for like months. But yeah, I mean, like, right now, I'm using a lot of Instagram sort of reels and stuff like that to try and to do it. I always do my snapchat because I feel that, I don't know, I get the most sort of connection with my snapchat fans, because I just kind of talked to them really candidly. And it's not. It's not like a curated piece of content. It's literally just me talking to them, you know? Yeah. So is your Snapchat is that like a premium X ray tomorrow, it's just a free one way and just a free one. And I just talk shit or whatever. It's really like a connection based platform for your followers and your subscribers to some extent, right? I mean, I'm not on there, texting back and forth, chatting with all of them. Because you know, that is reserved for my paid platforms, of course, but it gives, it just gives a different view of me. And I do travel a little bit with them. But yeah, I never understood how to do the premium for those people who've been following me through my entire journey from like, from like camping and Van life and everything, some of them will message me and they'll be like, I remember when you used to Van life around with your cat. That's a long time ago. Catchy out of like a four or five star hotel. Oh my gosh, that's so cool. They've been through all that growth with you. That's super cool. And I think Snapchat, I have just restarted my personal Snapchat. And the last time I had Snapchat was 12 years ago. And I've just bought it back. And all my friends and family are on it. And I was like, this platform is so easy to get an insight into people's lives. Like it's a great platform, because it's live, everyone's using it. It's just there. So I can see why subscribers really enjoy. You know, you're not talking to them one on one. But like having those glimpses of you travelling with you kind of and now staying at your four star hotels, five star hotels and all of that. So yeah, I can see why that's a really good marketing tool for you. So I love that. Let's talk a little bit about when you decided to join only fans and do your porn and you were like, Yeah, I'm doing porn now. Have you had any outside judgement around that? Like, what's your experience with with the industry? And listen in my personal life? No, because, you know, I've surrounded myself by people who are supportive and really open minded. I mean, the only sort of judgement I really get comes from randoms on the internet that I don't even know. Always, always. And they're definitely not doing as well as you know, comment. I love that you all read like, when you were like, Yeah, I'm gonna come into the industry, you're already so strong and independent and you knew your friendship group and you knew the people that were surrounding you were supporting you. And you're so self aware with that, because I think sometimes you can come in the industry and a lot of people aren't like that or ready for that yet. And then we learn that along the way, and that's part of the growth. So it's really cool that you've kind of been like that. Like I really think I like curated my friend group as I went along, you know, and also like my friend groups has always been like pretty small and tight. Yeah, so and like these days most of my friend group are their sex workers or their sex work adjacent in some way or another. But I do have some like old old friends from like back living in Canada days that are still that I still keep in touch with and they're always like, we're still we're still supporting you are still hyping you. Oh my god. It's all about quality. Not quantity, isn't it? Absolutely. For me anyways. Oh, that's so good. All right, let's get into some spicy stuff because I just see your you're everywhere you're doing all these incredible collabs like you've got some amazing content. So can you share with us one of your favourite collabs you've ever done? Who was with what was your favourite and why he loved it so much. Okay, it's funny, I know the answer. So when I did like a tour and did a bunch of collabs in the states A while ago, and I worked with Manuel Ferrara, and I don't know what it was, I don't know what it was. He got me in this weird like subspace, I guess? And which, like, that's my space. Anyways, I'll just like yes. Do whatever you say. But he really got me into that space. And when we like finish the scene, and it was like a pop shot. I was like, bent over the table is this tune is this Can we say this sort of stuff. So like I said, I think that you need to kind of spread out over your platforms, because you never know when one is going to be pulled away from you or the payment processors are no longer going to be available for that platform or whatever, you know, and we all had that scare. Did we have that scare with only fans like a year and a half ago or something where everybody freaked out? Yeah, it was the year I joined. It was like three months prior to I joined so yeah, it was about two and a half three years ago that they do and I'm gonna pull sex workers from the platform right so I'm across a bunch of sites. And were you at that stage. I was across a few at that stage. Yeah, I had x videos Pornhub. But I had fancy but it wasn't touching it. Yeah. And so at that stage, everything was fine. Whatever. I didn't have a freakout, everything was fine. We all ended up keeping our only friends. But not long after, I want to say nearly a year ago, I woke up one morning, I literally I was on my way to the states to like, do some collabs and shit. And I woke up that morning, and I had an email saying that my head my only fans account had been taken. Oh, gone. Oh my god. I was like, wow, fast. Feeling like you've your first thought when you got it. I was fucking gutted. I was angry. I was sad. And I was like, okay, whatever. Like we do lose. We do lose platforms, and we get them back. So I was like, You know what? No, no, that's fine. You're gonna get it back. Was that your biggest one at that point in time? What a hit. Yeah. Anyways, I was like, I'm gonna get it back. So I like went through some some like, I message some people that I know. And and I thought I had I thought I have some connections I thought I had and then yeah, I just like I was emailing back and forth with them. And for creators that are on only fans, we know that sometimes you don't get great answers back from from support was only fans and it's a bit hit or miss. Do ya back and forth with them. And I just like they wouldn't give it back to me and give you a reason. They wouldn't give me a reason. It just, it's always the same thing. It's, you broke the terms of service. And I was really argumentative. I was like, No, I've read the Terms of Service. There's nothing also I've only ever had one warning. Actually, I had to one time I stuck a golf club up. Yeah, so is that one on fancy golf club one? I think it probably is. Yeah, we love. We love fans. So yeah, when I lost it, I just like put all my energy and focus into fancily and I got super bitter. Yeah, I got super bitter towards only fans. And I was like, like, Fuck them, you know, they're not gonna make it past 2024. Anyways, if they keep kicking all of us off, they're going nowhere. And I was so bitter over it. Were you very vocal about it on your socials? Pretty much? Yeah. Because like, a lot of people were kicked off, but like, some of them were getting their accounts back. Right. And I was like, why not me? My time. Let me out of jail. Yeah, so the months passed by and I kept pushing with my friends lately. And to be honest, like, there's a lot of things I like about fans, Lee that only fans doesn't have like it has like a for you page. So you can get like organic traffic towards there. It's a little bit less strict. So there's content that you can put on there that you could never put on only fans. Like you can pee on people. But you can't drink it. Yeah, so I was pushing for it. But in all honesty, my family never grew quite as big as my only fans did. But I was like, you know, just keep pushing. Maybe it will. And yeah, this past January, I won three awards that AVN share with us what were those awards? Well, the one that like to me was the biggest was a female indie creator. And for me, it was the biggest because like, these were all fan Awards and the fan awards, like they go over the big awards at the beginning and then they kind of just like breeze over the fan awards at the end right and you don't get to like come up and and like get your award on stage or anything. But the indie female creator was called out on stage amazed but I wasn't there to accept it was FaceTiming me being like, look, look and I was like, I should have gotten them to take me up on stage on the phone. Yeah, that would have been legendary. And then supreme solo and ultimate oral greatness. It got interesting even more to go on. What's your so yeah, once I won those awards, all of a sudden the door was opened back up to me hot like within how long? Like it was a few days, I think what maybe like yeah, instantly, instantly. That's not a coincidence. No. And actually, they did say to me, like we saw you win all these awards. And we were like, Who is this? Why aren't they on our platform? And after doing a little bit of a dig, they were like, Oh, she was on our platform. Did you go back? Fuck yeah. So it's like this double edged sword right? Like I was bitter towards them, but like I'm grateful to have have a back I really am my only fans in the past two months is already doing better than my fans Leo's it's just where it's where it's at. It's where the base subscribers are at the numbers on only fans just can't be competed with others. Yeah, and the connection that I thought I had all of a sudden they had again. But I do like I do have to give it to them. Like, as much as I've talked shit about them like it is there is the good and the bad. And, uh, you know, like, the person that helped me get it back has helped me in the past, like that person helped me walk the red carpet at AVN a couple of years ago when I was like, butting heads with them. So, so like, I don't want to talk shit on them. Because there are good people in there. It's just that it's such a big platform. And they're trying, from what I gather, they're just trying really hard to keep everything like acceptable by the payment processors, I think. Right? So I don't think they're trying to make it difficult for us. I think that the payment processes are making it difficult for them. And they're just like, fuck, we got to keep them happy. And we have to keep our creators happy, too. They do want to keep us happy. I think I think there's I agree because they are pushed into a corner where they have to be so strict on their terms and conditions. I just think the way that they handle it is not the best, you know, there's no lack of communication. There's no reasoning, there's no warnings, they're changing their terms of service all the time. And they're very vague as well. Yeah, they're very vague. And when you reach out to only fans and you want to direct answer, the replies are even more of a like, so I think I understand what they're doing. But I also think it can be done a lot better for creators because it's frustrating because sometimes you do things when you're like, I can't get confirmation whether I'm in the right or the wrong house, I'm just not going to do it. Like I'm not going to upload this video because there's, there's no black and white. Right? And that's, that's all it is like the most of us are like, we just want an answer so that we know how to do this correctly. And so then we're all in these communities talking with one another. And if we cross compare our emails, like if I showed you like 100 Oh, I got this warning for this and you're like I got that warning too. And I'd be like I asked them this question they told me it's not allowed you be like I asked them this question. They told me it was allowed. Yeah, the communication is not consistent 100% I think it depends on what customer service representative you speak to in terms of the replies you get so there's just no consistency which makes it so hard on us because there are girls out there they're doing all these different things being told different things producing different things and then getting banned for different things. So we just want answers Yeah, we do. We do we try to be good girl. Yeah, I look like I know. I know you said was fancy before and that something I want to touch on. I think the way they handle their situations is amazing. I think that their communication is incredible. And I've literally been like pause this message fans lame and like are Am I allowed to roleplay this? And like they gave me answers amazed and I was like what if I did it this way? The answers were no I'm allowed to do those things wasn't know what I gotta direct. No, that's right. Yeah, yeah, that's right. Yeah, I love that as opposed to only fans which would be like here's our terms of service. They do they just repeat what's on there which is so vague. And they've changed their terms of service around outdoor content and public content and all of that so much and I've seen women lose their accounts because they've done outdoor content so my whole account is built on a big question mark because they they're just so vague with what content you can do outside whether it's on your own property can you prove it is in public like it's just insane so and people love the outdoors? What would you tell someone that is in their first season of only fans? Yeah. Number one, diversity, get across all those platforms? Do not put all your eggs in one basket? For sure. Number two, always withdraw your funds. On that, you said that you obviously didn't get your pending when you lost your account. But when you got to back was the pending still there? I didn't ask for it. So I should have asked for it. My money was taken because it was refunded to the people, which actually is fair. Do you know that all the people that bought content, when my account was taken down? They lost their content that they paid for real? Well, my account was reinstated. They got their content back. So you should get the money back then essentially like yeah, so they refunded people which actually put me into the negative, I withdraw often, so I don't know how much money I lost. But it wasn't much. I was like, Hey, fuck you. I'm not gonna stay in the negative at least put me back into the positive and they wiped my thing. And they gave me like a bunch of merch money. I was like, I won't be wearing this to my awards. Yeah, so yeah, definitely always withdraw, spread out. And like, I feel like in this industry, it's always like, what more can you do? What more can you do? Take it to the next level, take it to the next level. And there's a lot of pressure and it can be like internalised pressure to go ahead and do that. But I think like everyone should really take their time and looking back, like, I like where I'm at now. But I do wish that I took more time to just like focus and Nishan on my solo stuff before I branched out into everything else. And so and Anybody that is doing solo, I think like really hone in on that because those those subscribers like they love seeing that even though they're messaging you be like, oh honestly you get ploughed by a fucking PVC. The majority of them like they like what they see already? Yeah, yeah that's such good advice. I really love it because that's the way that you you learn and you figure it all out and figure yourself out and your brand out and you can never go back exactly. Or can you?
